Borjan Shoes 2026: 1,799 Pairs Read, 59% on Sale, Nothing New Since July

Read from the Borjan live store on 3 October 2026 · Updated every season

Every family group has this moment. Your cousin drops a screenshot in the family group: Borjan chappals, 50 percent off, three hearts and a “chalo mall?”. Two hours later she is back. The block heels she actually wanted for a mehndi? Full price. Not one rupee off. Same shop, same day, same red sale banner.

She will call it bad luck. It is not. On 3 October 2026 we read all 4,399 listings Borjan publishes online. Minus scarves, socks, wallets and kids’ pairs, that left 1,799 adult Borjan shoes in stock. Then we did the hisaab.

Quick note: Borjan lists every colour as its own product, so those 1,799 pairs are colourways of 1,194 designs. “A pair” below means one design in one colour, all sizes included.

Is There a Borjan Sale? Yes, on 1,057 Pairs

Of the 1,799 adult Borjan shoes in stock, 1,057 carry a genuine markdown, an older price really higher than today’s. That is 58.8 percent, roughly six pairs in ten. The typical cut is 40 percent, and 355 pairs are cut by half or more.

Now the other 742. Borjan publishes a “was” price on every shoe, but on these 742 it is exactly the same as the selling price. That is not a discount, just the price written twice, so we count them as full price. A lazy counter that only asks “is there a was price?” would call all 1,799 shoes on sale. Haan, that is how fake sale numbers are born.

Adult Borjan shoes in stock with a rupee price, 3 October 2026. The 11 to 25 row is mostly a 23 percent cut (100 pairs).

The single deepest cut is a pair of maroon women’s sandal heels, Rs 7,300 down to Rs 2,190, which is 70 percent off. The biggest rupee saving is a brown men’s slip on, Rs 21,300 down to Rs 12,780. Rs 8,520 back, for one joota.

One warning. Borjan’s own sale tags in its catalogue are rounder than the real cuts: pairs tagged “50%” are actually cut anywhere from 40 to 70 percent, and pairs tagged “30%” include cuts of 11, 20, 23 and 25 percent. Trust the price, not the sticker. Our fake sale discounts guide has the full checklist.

Ruko, ek catch hai

The sale is real, but it lives on summer chappals, sandals and older stock. The newest shoes are all at full price. Proof further down.

Adult Borjan shoes in stock, 3 October 2026. Borjan’s own product type starts with “Men” or “Women” on every pair, so the split is clean. “Typical” is the median.

Across both, the typical pair of Borjan shoes costs Rs 3,800. A quarter cost under Rs 2,820 and a quarter cost Rs 5,400 or more. Only 90 pairs cost under Rs 2,000, while 523 cost Rs 5,000 or more and 117 cost Rs 10,000 or more. A middle to upper middle shop, not a bargain bin.

Men pay bohat more: the typical men’s pair is Rs 1,190 dearer. Men’s floor is Rs 2,000, sandals cut from Rs 4,000; the women’s floor is a tea pink slipper at Rs 1,500, down from Rs 3,000.

Careful with the men’s gap between discounted (Rs 3,300) and full price (Rs 6,300). That is not “the sale saves Rs 3,000”. The discounted pile is summer chappals and sandals; the full price pile is new slip ons, sneakers and closed shoes, which cost more anyway.

The top of the shop is men’s slip ons: all 34 pairs at Rs 15,000 or more, six of them at Rs 20,000. And Borjan prices old school: not one price ends in 99, 992 end in a clean 00, and the commonest is Rs 6,000.

Styles with 20 or more pairs in stock, 3 October 2026. Men’s formal shoes (11 pairs), men’s mules (5), and women’s casual and formal shoes (12 between them) are small samples and left out.

Chappals rule. Women’s chappals and slippers are the biggest group, 493 pairs at a typical Rs 2,820, four in five reduced. Men’s chappals and sandals: more than eight in ten cut. Need an everyday chappal? Abhi lo.

Now the bottom of the discount column. Sneakers, flats, ballerinas and women’s moccasins are almost never cut, under one pair in ten each. Of 128 sneakers in stock, just 12 are reduced. Sneakers ka sale? Bhool jao, for now.

Sold out numbers tell the other half. 48.3 percent of women’s moccasins, 36.4 percent of flats and 30.5 percent of heels ever listed are gone, against 10.2 percent of women’s chappals. Overall, 22.8 percent of women’s pairs listed are sold out against 7.0 percent of men’s. Yaar, that is the block heel problem from the start.

Which Borjan Shoes Get the Cut? Never the New Ones

This is the real headline. Not one of the 390 pairs created from July 2026 onward is reduced. Zero.

Month by month it looks like a switch. Pairs created in March 2026: 223 of 269 reduced. June: 32 of 68. Then July, August, September and early October: 0 of 42, 0 of 107, 0 of 220 and 0 of 21.

The typical discounted pair was created on 31 December 2025, and the typical full price pair on 18 July 2026, about seven months later. The brand’s own collection tags agree: 873 of the 1,105 pairs tagged Summer Collection are cut, 79.0 percent, but only 182 of the 686 tagged Winter Collection, 26.5 percent.

Hisaab yeh hai

Old stock is not bad stock, meri jaan; a spring chappal is still new in the box. Newest winter slip on? Pay full price. Value? Summer chappals and sandals, about eight in ten cut, typically by 40 percent. Waiting for the new range to drop? We cannot say if or when Borjan will cut it, so watch 11.11, Black Friday, 12.12 and our live sales tracker.

Borjan Shoe Sizes: What Is Still Orderable

Borjan publishes women’s shoes in sizes 36 to 41, with a 42 on many styles, and men’s mostly in 40 to 45, some with a 39 or 46. Every listing holds one colour, so its variants are sizes. The store only lists sizes you can still order, so we count where a size survives.

Surprise: only 517 of the 1,799 pairs still have every published size orderable, 28.7 percent. But 595 more are just one size short, and only 16 are down to one.

Size 45 survives on under two thirds of men’s styles. Sizes 39 and 46 appear on only some styles, so they are left out of the bars.

So women in 36 or 37 and men in 45, move fast. Women’s 42 is the hardest of all: tagged on 572 styles, still orderable on just 201. Men in 46, dhyan dein: tagged on 139 styles, orderable on 32.

And as always, the sale makes sizes harder. Only 20.9 percent of discounted pairs still have every size, against 39.9 percent of full price pairs. Sasta joota mil jayega, lekin aapka size shayad nahi.

Same footwear rules for every brand: adult shoes in stock with a rupee price, all six stores read on 3 October 2026. Typical figures are medians. The Stylo row comes from the first 25,000 of its catalogue records, because Stylo lists more than the 25,000 that anyone can page through. Borjan’s row here still counts four heel sleeves and heel cups that the rest of this guide leaves out; without them the in stock count is 1,799, discounted 58.8 percent and every size 28.7 percent, and the typical prices do not move.

Borjan is on the dearer side: Rs 3,800, Rs 610 above the six brand middle of Rs 3,190. Stylo, Servis and Ndure are cheaper; Bata and Hush Puppies are dearer. For men the gap is bigger still: Borjan’s typical men’s pair is Rs 4,500 against Stylo’s Rs 1,999.

On the sale, Borjan’s 58.8 percent sits right by the six brand 59.8. Its typical 40 percent cut beats Ndure, Servis and Hush Puppies; only Stylo and Bata go deeper. Sizes are the weak spot: 28.7 percent with every size, far behind Servis, Stylo and Ndure, ahead of Hush Puppies and Bata.

Skywalk, Nayza, Peshawaris and Kids’ Shoes

1,780 of the 1,799 pairs list Borjan as the vendor. The other names are small samples.

  • Skywalk. The comfort range. Borjan tags 384 pairs Skywalk at a typical Rs 4,130, 68.0 percent reduced. Two comfort slippers also list “Sky Walk” as vendor.
  • Nayza, Gig and Digger. Small samples: 13 Nayza men’s sneakers, five of them cricket shoes, at Rs 8,800 to Rs 13,600, none reduced; Gig and Digger have two pairs each.
  • Peshawaris. 34 men’s peshawaris in stock at a typical Rs 4,075, from Rs 2,640 to Rs 11,800, with 24 reduced and not one of the 34 sold out. Eid ke liye perfect, no mochi waiting list. Pair one with our men’s shalwar kameez guide.

Kids’ shoes: 233 pairs in stock at a typical Rs 2,030, 105 for boys and 128 for girls, and 70.4 percent of them reduced. That includes 30 school shoes at a typical Rs 3,000. Kids stay out of every other number here; our kids’ brands guide covers clothes.

Our filter removed 2,009 listings that are not footwear, led by 576 women’s scarves, 286 men’s sock listings, 254 shoulder bags, 183 men’s wallets and 130 cufflinks. We removed four more by hand: two heel sleeves and two heel cups, shoe inserts that would otherwise be the “cheapest shoes” at Rs 950.

We did not read Borjan’s return and exchange policy in this pass and will not guess, so ask before you pay. Khud check kar lena.

How to Shop Borjan Shoes Smartly

  1. Decide new or cheap first. Of 390 pairs created since July 2026, none is cut. Of 615 created in 2025, 78.5 percent are.
  2. Go to chappals, slippers and sandals for value. About four in five are reduced, and women’s slippers start at Rs 1,500.
  3. Buy closed women’s shoes the day you see them. Moccasins, flats and heels sell out fastest and are rarely cut.
  4. Ignore a was price that equals the price. 742 pairs show the same number twice. That is not a sale.
  5. Small or big sizes, move fast. Women’s 36 survives on 73.6 percent of styles and men’s 45 on 64.0 percent.

The Bottom Line on Borjan Shoes

The Borjan sale is real. Six in ten adult pairs are reduced, typically by 40 percent, against a genuinely higher old price. Just ignore the 742 pairs showing the same price twice.

But it is a summer clearance, not a whole shop sale. Nothing listed since July is cut, and sneakers and closed women’s shoes rarely are. New season? Pay full price and grab your size. Bargain? Chappals and sandals. Dono theek hain, bas pehle decide karo.

How we checked: we read the full product catalogue at borjan.com.pk on 3 October 2026, 4,399 products over 18 pages, no duplicates and no truncation, published between 12 February 2024 and 2 October 2026. Our filter removed 2,009 listings as not shoes and set aside 239 kids’ shoes; we removed four heel sleeves and heel cups by hand, as shoe inserts our accessories rule misses. That left 2,147 adult shoes with a price, of which 1,799 were in stock and 348 sold out. Each listing is one design in one colour, 1,194 article codes in all, and its variants are sizes. A pair counts as discounted only when its published previous price is genuinely higher than its price, true of 1,057; the other 742 publish a previous price equal to the price. Men’s and women’s come from Borjan’s own product type. Typical figures are medians; groups under 20 are flagged or left out. Only orderable sizes are published and we cannot see price history. The cross brand table comes from the same tool run over all six shoe stores read the same day; for Stylo that is the first 25,000 catalogue records, and for Borjan it still includes the four heel accessories. We did not read Borjan’s returns policy. Prices and stock move, so check the product page before you buy.
