Thirty six items. That is it. Sana Safinaz has a thousand. But when I sorted those 36 by how deep the cut goes, something happened that has not happened with any other brand: every single item is 50 percent off or more. The typical cut is 60 percent.
And then I read the returns policy and it got better. This is the only Pakistani brand I have found that still lets you swap sizes on a sale item, and pays the courier. Chalo, dekhte hain.
Ethnic Sale 2026: What Is Actually Live
As of 27 August 2026 there are 36 discounted products in the Ethnic sale. Western wear dominates with 26 items, followed by four bottoms, four accessories and two fusion pieces.
One thing worth correcting straight away, because it is the assumption everyone makes from the name: this sale is not eastern wear. Twenty six of the 36 items are western. If you came looking for discounted lawn suits, this is the wrong sale, and you want the Cross Stitch sale or Sana Safinaz instead. Sochne wali baat hai.

Two empty bars and one almost full one. Nothing in this sale is discounted below 41 percent, and 35 of the 36 items go beyond 50.
Put that against the rest of the market and it is startling. At Limelight, 64.7 percent of the sale is 30 percent off or less. At Bachaa Party it is 53.9 percent. Here it is zero.
The trade off is obvious and worth saying straight: 36 items is not a shopping trip. You will either find something in your size in ten minutes or ya phir kuch bhi nahi milega. But what is there is priced properly.

Western wear is the whole sale in practice. Rs 4,338 off an average piece, landing at Rs 2,882, is a really strong number for branded ready to wear. And the four bottoms at Rs 1,030 are the lowest risk buy here, because waist sizing forgives what a fitted top will not.
The Fairest Sale Returns Policy in Pakistan
This is the part that makes the sale worth trusting
Their policy: “Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund. Only size exchange is allowed.” And separately: “Sale items qualify for size exchange only.”
Dobara parho. Almost every other Pakistani brand excludes sale items completely. Here, if it does not fit, you can swap the size.
Better still: “Our team will verify the claim and arrange free return shipping.”
To see how unusual this is, compare it with what the others say. Sana Safinaz states that products bought on sale are not eligible for exchange, and that return courier charges are not covered. Limelight says items bought on sale cannot be exchanged, full stop. Cross Stitch excludes sale items twice in the same policy.
Ethnic gives you 14 days with the original receipt, and online purchases follow the same 14 day rule at any ETHNC store countrywide, which means you can walk into a branch rather than posting anything. Yeh sab se asaan tareeka hai.
The exclusions are sensible: fragrances, undergarments, jewellery and accessories cannot be exchanged. Since accessories are four of the 36 sale items, that matters here. And the item must be unused with tags, labels and original packaging.
Delivery is generous too. Free shipping on all prepaid orders in Pakistan, and cash on delivery available up to Rs 25,000.

The sweaters are the smart buy and the timing is right. Late August is when winter knitwear gets cleared before the new season arrives at full price, and a sweater is about the easiest thing you can order without trying on. Rs 2,390 for a branded one is a proper price.
Note the scarf is an accessory, which means no exchange at all. Beautiful at Rs 890, but that one is final whatever happens.
How to Shop the Ethnic Sale
- Check it quickly and often. Only 36 items, so a single scroll tells you everything. Zyada dhoondne ki zaroorat nahi.
- Go for western wear. 26 of the 36 items, 60 percent off, and an average landing price of Rs 2,882.
- Grab the sweaters. Winter knitwear on clearance in August is the best timing in the calendar, and sizing is easy to get right.
- Bottoms are the safest buy. Rs 1,030 average and waist sizing rarely goes wrong.
- Pay online rather than cash on delivery. Prepaid orders ship free anywhere in Pakistan.
- Remember you can still swap sizes. Unusually for a Pakistani sale, a size exchange is allowed within 14 days and they pay the courier.
- Skip accessories. Same 60 percent discount, but zero exchange rights.
What to Skip in the Ethnic Sale
- Accessories, including that Rs 890 scarf. Excluded from exchange entirely, sale or not.
- Anything if you wanted eastern wear. This sale is 26 western pieces out of 36. It is not the lawn clearance the brand name suggests.
- Waiting. Thirty six items will not last, and there is no deeper cut coming since the sale already sits at 60 percent.

Every entry read directly from the brand’s own published returns or exchange policy on 20 August 2026, and re-read for 15 of the brands on 27 August 2026. Where a policy does not mention sale items at all, the table says so rather than assuming they are covered. Policies change, so check the brand site before you pay.
Ethnic is the only brand on this list whose sale items keep any exchange right at all. Every other entry either excludes them outright or allows a claim only when the wrong item was shipped. Pair that with the deepest discounts of the 19 and it is the easiest sale in Pakistan to recommend, as long as your size is among the 36.

The Ethnic sale is tiny and brilliant. Thirty six items, every one of them half price or better, a typical cut of 60 percent, and nothing padded out with weak 30 percent filler to make the rack look bigger.
On top of that it has the fairest sale policy in Pakistan. You can still swap a size within 14 days and they pay the return shipping, which literally no other brand on my list offers on discounted stock.
