Measured across 19 Pakistani brands and 2,089 co-ords in stock, 17 September 2026

Last Sunday my cousin Mahnoor came to Nani’s lunch in a plain mint shirt with matching mint trousers. Within ten minutes, three khalas had asked her “kahan se liya?” Nobody asked about my new lawn suit. Not one person, yaar.

So I read the complete catalogues of 19 Pakistani brands and pulled out every co-ord you can order today: 2,089 of them. This is the co ord sets Pakistan guide I needed that Sunday: is the trend real, what does it cost, and how do you wear one?

Co Ord Sets Pakistan: Is the Trend Real?

Haan, the press says so. In May, The Express Tribune reported that “self-embroidered organza coord sets are emerging as a major favourite this Eid”. In March, Dawn wrote about “cotton suits with matching pants, pajamas or shalwar, even better if they were plain or in double shades of the same colour”, a co-ord in all but name. And in August, the Tribune described Hania Aamir “wearing a classic white co-ord set with a backless design”. Hania ne pehen liya, baat pakki.

The catalogues agree, more quietly. Co-ords are 8.2 percent of new season clothes in stock, 730 of 8,854, against 7.1 percent of older stock, and 9.5 percent of pieces both made and put online since 15 July. Growing, not exploding: the new season share rose at 7 brands and fell at 9. Limelight jumped most, from 5 percent of its older stock to 37 percent of its truly new pieces.

One warning: brands re-publish old stock, which makes it look new. 161 of those 730 co-ords were made before 2026, so truly new here means made and put online since 15 July.

The typical set sells for Rs 4,794, against a typical full price of Rs 6,990, and 64 percent of co-ords are on sale. Newness costs extra: truly new sets are a typical Rs 6,999 with only 18 percent on sale, while older sets are Rs 4,245 with 74 percent on sale.

Yaad rakhne wali baat

My smartest co ord sets Pakistan trick: buy last season’s. A plain set does not date like a loud lawn print, and nobody at the dawat will know. Hisaab seedha hai: Rs 4,245 instead of Rs 6,999.

In stock on 17 September 2026. Typical set and on sale cover full sets only. Beechtree has 18 co-ords, Sana Safinaz 9, Zeen 7, and three more brands 5 between them.

Gul Ahmed holds 38 percent of all co-ords, launched 204 of the 375 truly new ones, and has the cheapest set in the count at Rs 1,395. Alkaram Studio is the cheapest brand, but none of its co-ords are truly new. Nishat Linen and Ethnic by Outfitters both cut a typical 50 percent. Google suggests Khaadi for co-ords, but its store has no readable feed, and sirf andaazay main nahi lagaungi.

Co Ord Sets Pakistan Fabrics, Stitching and What Is New

Best news for anyone ever ghosted by a darzi: not one of the 2,089 co-ords is unstitched. 1,134 say ready to wear, pret or stitched, and all but 5 of the rest are sold in sizes. Across all new season clothes, about four in ten labelled pieces are unstitched. With a co-ord, bas order karo aur pehen lo. Only 7 mention a dupatta, though, so keep your own ready.

Shares are of the 730 new season and 1,359 older co-ords. One set can count as two fabrics, and 623 name none.

Cambric has nearly doubled its share while lawn has almost halved. Autumn aa rahi hai. Embroidery is up too: 41 percent of new season co-ords against 24 percent of older ones. And the organza co-ords from Eid? Not one product in these 19 catalogues is listed as one, even among sold out pieces.

Winter Co Ord Sets Pakistan: Khaddar, Velour and Wool

Last November, a Tribune report on winter stock in the capital’s markets listed “khaddar, linen, velvet, co-ord sets” side by side. Today 192 co-ords are in winter fabrics, at a typical Rs 4,000 with 78 percent on sale: 111 khaddar, 27 velour (all at Limelight), 20 knit, 17 wool, 13 velvet, 12 karandi and 11 marina.

The catch: 162 of the 192 were made in 2024 or 2025. Only 12 truly new winter co-ords are in stock, all at Gul Ahmed, at Rs 5,490 to Rs 10,490. Coats and sweaters have barely launched either, so this is timing; our winter collection 2026 report tracks what lands next. Abhi ke liye, Edenrobe has 62 khaddar co-ords, all on sale at a typical Rs 4,000. Prefer a full suit? See our khaddar suits or velvet suits guides.

Gul Ahmed, Limelight and Nishat Linen do not list colours for co-ords. A two colour set counts in both rows.

Black wins and is growing: 23 percent of new season co-ords with a colour, against 15 percent of older ones. For the Hania Aamir look, Ethnic by Outfitters has 33 white or cream sets at a typical Rs 4,500, and Edenrobe 22 at Rs 4,000. Hers was backless, so for a family dawat add a shrug or dupatta, warna Phupho ka lecture free milega.

The best co ord sets Pakistan tip I have: one co-ord is three outfits. Wear the set once, then the trouser with a plain white kurta, then the shirt with jeans. Black or white mixes best, so dono mein se ek lo. Only want one piece? 61 co-ord pieces are sold alone, 51 at Gul Ahmed, at a typical Rs 2,245. Bohat kaam ki cheez.

Ruko! Yeh soch lo

Stitched means the size must be right the first time. Limelight’s policy says “Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.” Edenrobe excludes items at 50 percent off or more, which covers 52 of its sale co-ords. Gul Ahmed’s policy does not list sale items among its exclusions. Check the size chart, then the table below.

How to Shop the Co Ord Sets Pakistan Sales

  1. Pick the occasion: plain for office, printed for university, embroidered for a dawat or Eid.
  2. Match the month: cambric now, khaddar or velour once it is cold.
  3. Start with the big three. Gul Ahmed, Limelight and Edenrobe hold 64 percent of all co-ords.
  4. Check older stock first: 74 percent of older sets are on sale.
  5. Choose black or white to mix the pieces later.
  6. Buy a dupatta separately if you need one.
  7. Read the sale returns rule before you pay.

Every entry read directly from the brand’s own published returns or exchange policy on 20 August 2026, and re-read for 15 of the brands on 27 August 2026. Where a policy does not mention sale items at all, the table says so rather than assuming they are covered. Policies change, so check the brand site before you pay.

The Bottom Line on Co Ord Sets Pakistan

Co ord sets Pakistan brands sell are not a passing phase: 2,089 in stock, nearly one in ten truly new launches, and zero trips to the darzi. The typical set costs Rs 4,794, and 64 percent are on sale.

Chalo, short version. Buy older stock for value, Gul Ahmed for choice, Alkaram Studio for price, Edenrobe for khaddar, and black or white for three outfits in one. Mahnoor’s mint set was on sale, by the way. Maine bhi abhi order kar diya. Black wala, obviously.

How we checked: The co ord sets Pakistan figures come from the complete public catalogues of 19 Pakistani brands, read on 17 September 2026: 124,655 products, 92,675 adult garments, and 28,039 in stock with at least one size available. A co-ord is any of those whose title, product type or tags say co-ord, co ord or coord. That gave 2,089, including 61 pieces sold alone and 8 men’s pieces. Prices are today’s selling price for the 1,986 full sets, excluding Generation, whose feed has no rupee prices. Typical is the median; on sale means the full price is above the selling price. Fabric comes from titles, tags and the brand’s fabric field, and colour from colour options and titles, which Gul Ahmed, Limelight and Nishat Linen do not list. New season means first put online on or after 15 July 2026. Re-publishing resets that date, so truly new means made on or after 15 July too. Rises and falls count brands with at least 20 garments in both periods. Khaadi and Sapphire publish no readable feed. Prices change often, so check before you buy.
