The Cross Stitch sale has a secret, and it took me sorting all 373 discounted items to spot it.

Everyone thinks of Cross Stitch as a suit brand. But look at what is actually discounted: silk pants, exclusive pants, basic pants. 198 of the 398 items in this sale are trousers. That is nearly half. And they are cut deeper than anything else in the shop.

Cross Stitch is quietly the best place in Pakistan to buy bottoms in a sale, and almost koi is tarah shopping nahi karta. Chalo, main aapko dikhati hoon.

Cross Stitch Sale 2026: What Is Actually Live

As of 27 August 2026 there are 373 discounted products in the Cross Stitch sale. The breakdown is not normal: 82 silk pants, 66 basic suits, 64 exclusive pants, 52 basic pants, 34 footwear pieces and 30 exclusive pret items.

Nearly half the sale is legwear, which is not how anybody markets this brand and not how anybody shops it either. Samajh gayi na?

The Cross Stitch Sale Stops at 50 Percent

The empty bottom bar matters. Cross Stitch does not discount past 50 percent, so unlike most brands there is no deeper clearance to wait for.

That empty bar changes your strategy completely. At Sana Safinaz a full 38.5 percent of the sale goes beyond 50 percent, reaching 78 percent at the extreme. Here, 50 is the wall.

To sahi kaam yeh hai, buy your size early rather than waiting. The price is as good as it will get.

Why the Trousers Are the Real Story

Three reasons this section is the best thing in the sale, and only one of them is the price.

One, the discount is really deep. Exclusive and basic pants are both a flat 50 percent, which is the ceiling. Silk pants are 48. Compare that with basic suits at 30 percent and the gap is obvious.

Two, the prices are low in real terms. Rs 1,306 to Rs 1,586 for branded trousers. Even if something goes wrong you have lost the price of a decent lunch, not a month’s savings.

Three, and this is the one people forget, waist sizing is easy to get right. Sale items cannot be returned here. A fitted kurta that is slightly tight is unwearable. Trousers that are slightly loose are just trousers. Yeh baat bohat important hai jab return ka option na ho.

Cross Stitch Unstitched: Dearest Cloth, Cheapest Stitched Rail

A full catalogue crawl on 17 September 2026 found Cross Stitch unstitched at 153 pieces in stock with a typical price of Rs 7,500, of which 94 were discounted at a typical 35 percent. Seventy one of those pieces are lawn at a typical Rs 6,200, and 17 are khaddar at a typical Rs 5,450.

Ab awkward wali baat. The same crawl found 435 ready to wear pieces at a typical Rs 2,650, with 292 of them cut by a typical 50 percent. Here the finished garment is roughly Rs 4,850 cheaper than the fabric, the widest gap in that direction anywhere in our 19 brand crawl. Ulta hisaab hai, par sach yehi hai.

Cross Stitch is also one of only two Pakistani brands that tells you what stitching costs, at Rs 4,500. The other is Charizma, from Rs 3,060 to Rs 7,650. Ten listings at two brands is a small sample and no brand publishes what your own darzi charges, but on Cross Stitch’s own printed rate a Rs 7,500 suit reaches Rs 12,000 before you have worn it once. Cross Stitch Lawn: 101 Pieces and an 84 Percent Markdown Rate

Shoppers type cross stitch lawn far more than they type the collection names, and the 17 September 2026 catalogue crawl shows why: 101 lawn pieces were in stock, one in six of the 590 adult garments on the site. The typical one is Rs 6,410, against a market lawn median of Rs 4,990 across 5,987 priced pieces at 17 brands, so this rail sits just above the middle, not in the luxury tier.

The markdown rate is the eye catcher: 85 of the 101, or 84.2 percent, were discounted at a typical 35 percent off, against 65.8 percent across all 590 garments in stock. No other fabric rail of 20 pieces or more is cleared as hard here, aur yahi mauka hai.

The split runs cloth first: 71 of the 101 are unstitched and 29 are ready to wear, the finished ones at a typical Rs 8,410. The unstitched rail above prices that fabric and carries the brand’s published stitching rate, so read it before you put cloth in the basket.

The feed files 72 of them as suits and 29 as pret, and those 29 are exactly the ready to wear ones. Seven in ten of the rail is cloth waiting for a darzi.

The Deepest Cuts in the Cross Stitch Sale

Notice these are khaddar and linen. Late August is exactly when winter fabric starts appearing on markdown before the new collection lands at full price. Abhi khareedo, sardi mein pehno.

The Cross Stitch Sale Exclusion

Two more details that catch people out. When you do have a valid exchange, the replacement must cost the same as or more than what you sent back. You cannot swap down and pocket the difference.

And a missing article must be reported within 48 hours of the order arriving. Miss that and the claim will not be entertained, so count your parcel the day it lands.

On the plus side, where Cross Stitch operates a pickup service they will collect the item, and once it passes inspection they usually dispatch the replacement within 72 hours. Coverage is not nationwide though, so call and check your area first.

How to Shop the Cross Stitch Sale

1. Go straight to pants. 198 of 398 items, the deepest cuts, the lowest prices, and the most forgiving sizing.
2. Buy early, not late. Der mat karo. Der mat karo. Nothing goes past 50 percent, so waiting costs you sizes and saves you nothing.
3. Buy the khaddar and linen now. Winter fabric on markdown in August is the best timing in the calendar.
4. Basic suits chhor do. 30 percent off is the weakest thing in the shop.

• Footwear at 32 percent. Shoe sizing is hard to get right and sale items cannot come back.
