Outfitters Sale 2026: 1,132 Items Cut, and 99 Percent of Them Beat Half Price

The Outfitters sale is the strangest one we have measured, because almost nothing in it is at a normal discount. It is either half price or it is not on sale at all.

We read the entire Outfitters catalogue on 26 September 2026, all 3,926 products across 16 pages of the store’s own product data. After stripping out kidswear and everything that is not clothing, 1,509 adult garments were in stock and 1,132 of them were discounted at a typical 51 percent. Chalo, poori tafseel dekhte hain.

Outfitters Sale 2026: What Is Actually Live

On 26 September 2026 the Outfitters sale held 1,132 discounted adult garments. Clearing the entire rail at these prices would take Rs 2,919,900 off the original tickets.

Outfitters is not in our live tracker and was not in the 19 brand study we ran on 17 September 2026, so this is our first full read of it. Every number below is counted from the store’s own product file rather than taken from a banner, which matters at a shop where a quarter of the rail carries a was price that is not a discount.

Almost nothing is out of stock. Of 1,517 adult garments in the feed, 1,509 were still orderable, which is a sold out rate of half a percent. That is unusually clean for a clearance, and it is explained by the size data further down.

The Outfitters Sale Is a Flat Half Price Event, Not a Range

Nearly the whole sale sits in two bands either side of half price. Fewer than one in a hundred items falls outside them.

This is the finding that separates the Outfitters sale from every Pakistani brand we have measured. The typical cut is 51 percent, and the middle half of the sale runs from 50 percent to just 52 percent. There is essentially no shallow end and no dramatic deep end.

Compare that with the brands in our 19 brand comparison, where a typical sale runs at 30 or 40 percent with a thin tail of deep cuts used for the poster. At Outfitters the poster number and the shelf number are the same. Only 7 items in the whole sale are cut by 40 percent or less, and only 8 beat 70 percent. The 377 Items Whose Was Price Is the Price

Those 377 items are a quarter of the shop. They are not discounted, and we have counted them as full price throughout this guide. We are describing the data here, not the page: whether a strikethrough is actually drawn on screen depends on the shop’s theme, and we have not tested that, so we do not claim it.

What we can say is that any price tracker that trusts the was price field would report those 377 items as a sale. Ours does not, because we count a discount only where the was price is genuinely higher. This is the mildest version of a pattern we watch for. It is not an inflated was price, which is the version that actually costs you money, and Outfitters is not doing that. Outfitters Sale Prices by Category

Outfitters live product data on 26 September 2026, adult garments in stock, categories with 30 or more items. Typical price is the median, so half the category is cheaper.

Tees are the volume and the value. At 471 items they are a third of the shop, they carry the deepest typical cut at 52 percent, and the median lands at Rs 1,590. Outerwear is the money. Only 53 pieces, but at a median of Rs 6,990 a half price jacket is where the rupees actually move, and the five biggest savings in the entire sale are all outerwear.

Denim is worth calling out separately, because it cuts across those rows. 283 pieces use a denim fabric word, at a median of Rs 3,190, and 216 of them are discounted. Leather and suede appear too, at a median of Rs 7,490, but on 7 and 4 pieces respectively, which is too small a group to draw a conclusion from.

Outfitters Sells No Shalwar Kameez at All

We searched all 1,509 adult garments for every eastern wear word we track, kameez, shalwar, dupatta, unstitched, lawn, kurta, kurti, gharara, sharara, lehenga, abaya, saree, farshi and pret. The count was zero. Not one piece.

This matters if you are comparing brands. Outfitters is a western wear chain, jeans and tees and jackets, and the eastern side of the same company trades under a different name with its own stores and its own sale. The men and women split is close to even. 883 pieces are menswear and 625 are womenswear, and both halves have the same median price of Rs 2,690. Menswear is slightly more discounted at 77 percent of the rail against 72 percent for womenswear. The Catch: 83 Percent of the Outfitters Sale Is Missing Sizes

Here is the number that should decide whether you bother. Of the 1,132 discounted items, 944 are missing at least one of their published sizes. That is 83 percent of the sale.

Read the gap between those first two rows. A full price Outfitters product is four times more likely to have its complete size run than a discounted one. 229 items across the shop are down to a single size, and only 481 of 1,509 have every size still orderable.

That also explains the half percent sold out rate we noted earlier. Items are not vanishing from the sale, they are thinning out inside it, one size at a time, while the product page stays up. Jo dikh raha hai, zaroori nahi ke mil jaye.

What the Outfitters Sale Is Actually Clearing

The product data carries a creation date, so we can see which stock is being cleared and which is being protected.

Old stock is cleared almost without exception, and new arrivals are almost entirely protected. Of 298 pieces added since mid July, just 16 are discounted. So if the piece you want landed this season, waiting is the only way to get it at half price, and on this evidence the wait is measured in seasons rather than weeks.

The Deepest Cuts in the Outfitters Sale

The two lists barely overlap, and that is the lesson. The deepest percentage in the shop saves you Rs 1,500 on a tank top. A flat 50 percent on a bomber jacket saves Rs 8,000. Chase rupees, not percentages.

The Rs 590 tank top is also the cheapest garment in stock anywhere at Outfitters. At the other end, the dearest item still orderable is Rs 14,990, which tells you this is a high street chain and not a luxury label. Outfitters Sale Prices Against the Rest of the Market

Womenswear medians, adult garments in stock, on the same rule for every brand. Rival figures are from our 17 September 2026 crawl of 23,510 pieces; Outfitters was read nine days later on 26 September 2026.

Outfitters is the second cheapest brand we can measure in Pakistan, sitting 43 percent below the market middle and only 8 percent above Limelight. Khaadi and Sapphire are absent from that table for the reason we give everywhere on this site: neither publishes a readable product file, so nobody outside those companies can count their rails.

The comparison is not perfectly clean, and we would rather say so than hide it. The rival brands were read on 17 September and Outfitters on 26 September, nine days apart, so a brand that changed its pricing in that window would shift a row. The gaps here are wide enough that nine days does not overturn the ranking.

The Outfitters Sale Returns Problem

We looked for a sale exclusion clause and found something more absolute. There is no sale clause in the policy at all. We read the page word for word on 28 September 2026, and the only place either word appears is a newsletter line at the foot of the page offering updates on collections and discounts. Nothing in the returns terms distinguishes a discounted purchase from a full price one.

That is because there is no change of mind return to withdraw in the first place. Full price and half price shoppers are treated identically, which is unusual in Pakistan, and in this one narrow respect a discounted Outfitters purchase is no worse protected than a full price one.

Two more details worth knowing. Exchanges happen at physical stores, and not at the factory outlets. And the policy lists a missing price tag, label, original packing, freebie or accessory as grounds to refuse the exchange, so keep the packaging until you are sure.

Now put that beside the size data. Eighty three percent of the sale is missing sizes, and if you order the wrong size, you own it. Measure before you order. Ek baar naap lo, phir order karo.

Against the rest of the market that is strict but not unusual. Of the 19 policies we read in our market wide study, 17 exclude sale items outright, so most Pakistani shoppers lose their protection the moment they buy a discounted piece. Outfitters never had that protection to lose.

On delivery, Outfitters states that all orders may take up to 5 to 7 working days. Unlike Beechtree, which openly warns of 10 to 15 working days during a sale, Outfitters publishes no separate sale period estimate, so treat 5 to 7 as the calm weather figure.

How to Shop the Outfitters Sale

1. Stop looking for a bigger percentage. The middle half of this sale is 50 to 52 percent. Filtering by depth will not find you a better deal.
2. Go for outerwear if you want the rupees. A half price jacket saves Rs 8,000. A deeper cut on a tee saves Rs 1,500.
3. Check your size before anything else. Eighty three percent of the sale has gaps and 229 items are down to one size.
4. Check the was price is not the price. On 377 items in stock the two numbers are identical.
5. Do not expect a discount on new stock. Only 16 of 298 pieces added since mid July are cut.
6. Keep the packaging and the tags, because a missing label is listed as grounds to refuse an exchange.
7. Measure carefully. There is no change of mind return here, on sale or off it.

The Bottom Line on the Outfitters Sale

The Outfitters sale is the most honest headline discount in Pakistan. When the poster says half price, the data says half price, on 1,122 of 1,132 items. Nobody else we measure can claim that.

It is also the most picked over rail we have counted. Eighty three percent of it is missing sizes, a quarter of the shop carries a was price identical to its selling price, and if the size you order turns out wrong, the policy gives you no way back. Buy the jacket, check the size twice, and keep the tags on until you are sure. Bas dhyan rakhna, phir maza aayega.
