Beechtree Sale 2026: I Checked All 609 Items, and the Sale Got Better While I Watched

The Beechtree sale is the only sale in Pakistan that got better while I was writing about it, and I have two measurements to prove it.

A week ago I counted 482 discounted items at a typical cut of 30 percent. Today there are 609 items and the typical cut is 40 percent. Out of 19 Pakistani brands I measured twice, only Beechtree improved this much. Chalo, poori tafseel dekhte hain.

Beechtree Sale 2026: What Is Actually Live

As of 27 August 2026 the Beechtree sale holds 609 discounted items across pret, luxury pret, unstitched, FLOW, western wear and kids. Buying the lot would save you Rs 2.02 million.

Its own banner reads “The August Sale is live. FLAT 40% & 30% OFF on Entire Stock”, which matches what I measured almost exactly. Banner aur haqeeqat mel kha rahe hain.

The Beechtree Sale That Got Better While We Watched

That is the exception. We ran the same two pass test across all 19 brands and 15 did not move their typical discount at all. One, the Generation sale, shrank by 79 percent. Detail is in our mid season sale guide. Yahan sabar ka phal mila.

How the Beechtree Sale Really Splits

Half the sale is still at the 30 percent floor. The 70 items in the bottom band are the ones worth hunting.

Beechtree’s typical shopper gets 40 percent, but its poster can legitimately say 84. That 44 point gap is the widest of any brand I measured. Nearly half the sale, 303 items, sits at the 30 percent floor, so skip that half and hunt the 70 beating half price.

Beechtree Sale Prices by Category

Category averages from the Beechtree live product feed on 27 August 2026, minimum 10 items per row. The typical sale price is Rs 4,403.

Luxury Pret is the biggest rupee saving at Rs 7,203 a piece, so raid it if a wedding is coming. Western wear is the deepest cut at 53 percent and lands at Rs 1,963, the cheapest branded western wear I found, but there are only 23 items. BT Unstitched at 33 percent is the shallowest, and it means a tailor’s bill on top. Neeche poora hisaab hai.

Beechtree Unstitched: 123 Pieces, Every Single One Discounted

A second crawl on 17 September 2026 read the whole Beechtree catalogue, not just the sale page, and Beechtree unstitched came to 123 pieces in stock at a typical Rs 2,995. Every one was marked down, at a typical 40 percent, and 110 of them are lawn.

Beechtree held 413 ready to wear pieces at a typical Rs 4,134 the same day, with 367 of them cut, also by a typical 40 percent. So the cloth was about Rs 1,139 cheaper than the stitched piece at the same depth. Bas woh Rs 1,139 aapke paas nahi rehta. Beechtree Summer Sale: What the Clearance Held When We Counted It

A Beechtree summer sale is not something I can tell you is running today, because our last full read of this catalogue is 17 September 2026. What I can show you is what the summer rail held on that date, out of Beechtree’s own tags.

Of the 619 adult garments in stock, 210 carried a summer tag such as Sale-Un-Summer, sale-un-printed-summer or Sale-LUXPRT-Summer, and every one of the 210 was discounted. The typical piece fell from Rs 6,490 to Rs 3,894, a 40 percent cut, and the deepest reached 66 percent. Unstitched was the bulk at 121 pieces, then Luxury Pret at 49, FLOW at 25 and western at 14.

On timing we hold two dated passes. On 19 to 24 August the sale was 482 items at a typical 30 percent, and by 27 August it was 609 at 40 percent. So summer cloth here deepens through August, not in September. Us ke baad humne naapa hi nahi.

Beechtree Winter Collection: Nothing in Stock on 17 September

The Beechtree winter collection had not reached the rail when we read the whole catalogue on 17 September 2026, and I mean that literally. Of the 619 adult garments in stock that day, not one was khaddar, karandi, velvet, pashmina or wool. Sirf garmi wala kapra.

Three khaddar pieces sat in the feed and all three were sold out: an embroidered khaddar shirt at Rs 7,794 from Rs 12,990, a 2 piece embroidered khaddar suit at Rs 5,989 from Rs 15,990, both Luxury Pret, and a printed slub khaddar unstitched suit at Rs 2,694 from Rs 4,490. Karandi, pashmina and wool did not appear at all.

On the rail instead was lawn, 243 pieces at a typical Rs 3,594, with 223 already cut by a typical 40 percent. Mid September is early season, so read this as a starting line, not a verdict. The same crawl found 901 winter fabric pieces at Limelight and 186 at Edenrobe, so the cloth exists. Beechtree had not put it out.

The Deepest Cuts in the Beechtree Sale

That first row is the best deal here, a 3 piece embroidered suit at Rs 3,000, down from Rs 18,490. The cheapest way in is a basic tee at Rs 890. Sasti cheez bhi mil jati hai.

The Beechtree Sale Returns Problem

Read that second line twice. If you paid full price last week and the item is now 40 percent off, any exchange is valued at the sale price, not what you paid. Accessories get no exchange at all, the window on full priced items is 7 to 14 working days with store credit rather than cash, and Beechtree does cover return shipping where the error is theirs.

The Beechtree Delivery Warning Nobody Else Gives You

Beechtree publishes something no rival does: “10 to 15 working days during a sale.” That is the longest window I found at any of the 19 brands. Rivals quoting 3 to 5 days mostly quote their normal speed and then go quiet when a sale starts. Sach bol rahe hain, kam se kam.

Delivery costs Rs 199 plus a Re 1 FBR charge, the cheapest flat rate in our study. On an Rs 890 basic tee, Rs 200 is a 22 percent surcharge, so group your order into one.

How to Shop the Beechtree Sale

1. Filter to above 50 percent first. Only 70 of 609 items are there, and they are the ones worth your time.
2. Skip the 30 percent floor. That is 303 items at the weakest cut.
3. Raid Luxury Pret for occasions. Rs 7,203 saved a piece is the biggest rupee saving here.
4. Check Western wear early. Deepest average cut at 53 percent and only 23 items.
5. Price the tailoring before you buy unstitched. No brand publishes a darzi’s rate.
6. Order two weeks early, and measure carefully, because sale items cannot be exchanged.
7. Compare first. Our 19 brand comparison shows who else is cutting.

Beechtree vs Every Other Brand: The Returns Table

Every entry read directly from the brand’s own published returns or exchange policy on 20 August 2026, and re-read for 15 of the brands on 27 August 2026. Where a policy does not mention sale items at all, the table says so rather than assuming they are covered. Policies change, so check the brand site before you pay.

Beechtree sits mid table. Its 7 to 14 working days is shorter than Gul Ahmed‘s 30 days, but it does cover return shipping on its own errors, which most Pakistani brands do not.

It is still a sale you filter rather than browse. Half of it sits at the 30 percent floor, and the 70 items beating half price are where the value lives.
