12.12 Sale Pakistan 2026: What the Evidence Actually Shows

The 12.12 sale arrives on Saturday 12 December 2026, and it is the most overstated shopping date in Pakistan. We went looking for evidence that clothing brands here actually run one, and found less than almost anyone claims.

This completes our set on the three November and December events, after the 11.11 sale and the Black Friday sale. Chalo, sabooot dekhte hain, dawe nahi.

What the 12.12 Sale Actually Is in Pakistan

12.12 is a marketplace event, not a fashion one. It began as a Chinese e commerce date, reached Pakistan through Daraz, and functions here as the last big push of the retail year before the January clearance.

Two things follow from that, and both matter before you plan around it. First, the event is far stronger in electronics and home goods than in clothing. Second, the clothing brands that do mark it mostly rename an existing rail rather than cut new prices, which is what the rest of this guide demonstrates.

The date itself moves around the week. It was a Thursday in 2024, a Friday in 2025, and in 2026 it lands on a Saturday, which is the best weekday it has had in years for anyone shopping in a physical store.

The 12.12 Sale on Daraz: the One Event We Can Date Precisely

Daraz runs the clearest 12.12 in Pakistan, and its 2025 edition is documented. The campaign ran from 8pm on 11 December until 18 December 2025, branded the Grand Year End Sale, as reported by ProPakistani on 11 December 2025.

Two things in that table deserve a second look. The window opens the night before, which is the single most useful fact in this guide, and the biggest discounts are attached to a payment method rather than to the product. A 40 percent bank offer is not the same as 40 percent off the price.

The fashion names are also revealing. Zellbury appears as a Daraz 12.12 partner while running essentially no sale on its own website. We read Zellbury’s entire catalogue of 15,511 products and found a single discounted piece, which we set out in our Zellbury guide. A brand can join a marketplace event without discounting its own shelf.

The Only Pakistani Clothing Brands We Can Prove Ran a 12.12 Sale

We searched the public collection lists of the brands we track for any page named after this event. Two brands have one, and both are dated in their own store data.

Both brands published on 10 December, two days before the date. That is a consistent, actionable signal: a Pakistani 12.12 sale, where it exists at all, goes live on the tenth. Combined with Daraz opening at 8pm on the eleventh, the whole event is effectively over by the time the twelfth arrives.

The other pattern is less flattering. Charizma’s two collections were published in December 2024 and are still sitting on the site nearly two years later, now down to 22 and 2 products. Zeen’s page still carries the title “12.12 Sale 2025” in late September 2026. These are not campaigns that were taken down.

Zeen’s 12.12 Sale, Its 11.11 Sale and Four Others Hold the Same 840 Items

This is the finding that changed how we read the whole event. Zeen’s own published collection list gives a product count for every collection. Six of them return the identical number.

The 12.12 Sale, the 11.11 Sale, Blessed Friday, Pakistan Day, Jinnah Day and the plain Sale collection all report exactly 840 products, out of a total Zeen catalogue of 1,393. The published dates differ, from the Blessed Friday page in November 2023 to Pakistan Day in March 2026, but the count does not move.

We want to be careful about what that does and does not prove. Zeen’s per collection product feed returns empty, so we cannot list the items and confirm they are the same 840 pieces. What we can say is that six differently named events report an identical count on the same day, which is what you would expect if one rail is being relabelled.

Set that beside a figure from our September crawl: Zeen discounted 1 of its 357 in stock women’s pieces, which is 0.28 percent, the lowest of any brand we measure apart from Zellbury. A brand with almost no discounts running six named sale pages is worth knowing about before December.

The 12.12 That Turned Out to Be a Shoulder Measurement

Before writing this we did the obvious check: how many Pakistani clothing products carry a 12.12 tag? We searched all 124,655 products in our September brand crawl. The answer is none, and the near misses are instructive.

We are showing this because it is exactly the kind of thing that produces a confident, wrong article. Count tags containing “12.12” without opening them and you would report that six Pakistani brands mark the date, when what you have found is a sleeve length and some colour codes. Naam mein dhoka hai, andar kuch aur hai.

The 12.12 Sale Against 11.11 and Black Friday

The ranking is not close. 11.11 draws the most brand participation and the most search interest, Black Friday sits second and hides behind the Blessed Friday name at most Pakistani brands, and 12.12 is a distant third in clothing while remaining a genuine event on Daraz.

Why Waiting Past the 12.12 Sale Usually Pays

Here is the advice most 12.12 articles will not give you: for clothing, the better sale is three weeks later.

The January end of season clearance is the deepest discount period in Pakistani fashion, and the brands themselves show it in their own data. Zeen published a ready to wear winter sale collection on 2 January 2026, holding 254 products, separate from all six of the evergreen event pages above. That is a real seasonal rail with a real date, and it went up after the December events had passed.

The trade off is straightforward. Wait until January and you get deeper cuts on a thinner rail, with your size much less likely to survive. Our measurements across the market are blunt about this: only 23 percent of pieces under Rs 2,000 still have every size available, against 57 percent of pieces above Rs 10,000, which we set out in our cheapest brands study.

How to Be Ready for the 12.12 Sale in 2026

1. Start watching on 10 December. Both brands with dated evidence published on the tenth, and Daraz opened at 8pm on the eleventh in 2025.
2. Check the brand’s own site, not only the marketplace. Zellbury joined Daraz’s 12.12 in 2025 while running no discount of its own.
3. Read a payment offer carefully. Up to 40 percent through a bank is a payment discount, not a price cut, and it usually has a cap.

5. Treat a page named 12.12 with suspicion. Some have been live since 2024 and hold the same stock as every other event page on that site.
6. Measure before you order. Most Pakistani brands will not exchange a discounted item, which our market study covers brand by brand.

The 12.12 sale falls on Saturday 12 December 2026, it starts on the tenth wherever it happens at all, and in Pakistani clothing it is much smaller than its reputation. Two brands carry dated proof of ever running one, and not a single product in 124,655 carries a genuine 12.12 tag.

Daraz runs a real and well organised event, so if you want electronics or home goods, mark the eleventh. If you want clothes, check whether the specific piece you want is actually cut, ignore any page that has been calling itself a 12.12 sale since 2024, and keep some money back for January.
