7,070 priced women’s 3 piece suits in stock at 17 brands, 17 September 2026. Median, not average.

Every figure for the 3 piece suit price in Pakistan on this page is a median, and here is why that matters. The average suit price works out at Rs 11,789, which is 57 percent higher than the median. A handful of hand embroidered bridal pieces, one of them at Rs 1,700,000, drag the average somewhere no real shopper lives. Aadhe log is se neeche hain, aadhe upar, aur yahi asal number hai.

How We Decided What Counts as a 3 Piece

Before quoting a 3 piece suit price in Pakistan, you have to decide what a 3 piece is. This sounds trivial and it is not. Pakistani brands write the same thing twenty different ways, and we found every one of them in the raw data: 3 Piece, 3Pc, 3PC, 3pc, 3piece, 3 Pc, 3 PCS, 3 PIECE, 3 Pcs, 3 Pieces, 3-Piece, 3 PC, 3-PC, 3-piece, 3pcs, 3 pcs, 3-pc, 3 piece, 3Pcs and 3PCS.

Beyond spelling, three rules did the real work.

  1. Counted from the title or product type where the brand states it, which covered 6,321 suits.
  2. Counted from a tag or size option where the title stays silent, another 313 suits. Sana Safinaz and Baroque file it this way.
  3. Counted by components where a brand lists shirt, trouser and dupatta without ever writing a number, another 489 suits. Alkaram Studio does this on 474 products, and any count that ignores it undercounts Alkaram badly.

We threw out 39 products whose own tags contradicted each other, such as an Almirah listing titled “Orange Lawn 3Pc Unstitched” but typed and tagged as 2 piece. We also excluded 26 men’s 3 piece sets, which are a different product at a different price, and Generation’s 53 suits, because that brand publishes no rupee prices anywhere.

Ruko! Yeh baat saaf kar dein

15,032 garments in stock name no piece count at all and list no three components, so they could not be counted either way. Some of them are certainly 3 piece suits. Every figure on this page describes the 7,123 suits we can identify with confidence, not the whole market.

Khaadi and Sapphire publish no readable product file, so neither brand appears in a single number here.

Women’s 3 piece suits in stock, 17 September 2026. Ethnic by Outfitters had 1 suit and Generation publishes no prices, so both are left out of this table.

The spread is the story. A typical Maria B 3 piece costs five and a half times a typical Alkaram Studio one, and yet Maria B’s cheapest suit at Rs 6,299 is dearer than the typical suit at nine of the fifteen brands above. Our brand by budget guide goes through what that money buys.

Notice also how little brand position tells you about discounting. J. Junaid Jamshed holds the biggest single collection of 3 piece suits in Pakistan, 1,232 of them, and cuts only 14 percent. Beechtree cuts 94 percent. Same market, opposite policies.

Brands with at least 20 suits measured on each side. 17 September 2026.

At Beechtree the 3 piece suits are cheaper than the 2 piece suits. That is not a mistake in our reading, it is what the catalogue says, and it happens because Beechtree’s 3 piece rail is mostly discounted printed lawn while its 2 piece rail carries more embroidery. At Bonanza Satrangi the dupatta costs Rs 349. At Maria B it costs Rs 10,000. Agar dupatta chahiye, to brand soch samajh kar chunein.

Unstitched or Ready to Wear: the Sum Nobody Shows You

A typical unstitched 3 piece costs Rs 5,490. A typical ready to wear 3 piece costs Rs 10,950. The gap is Rs 5,460, and that gap is your entire stitching budget.

Only two Pakistani brands publish what stitching costs. Cross Stitch sells a GET IT STITCHED add on at Rs 4,500, and Charizma publishes nine tiers from Rs 3,060 to Rs 7,650. Charizma’s tiers are worth a second look: they are named in round numbers from 3000 to 7500, but every one charges two percent more than its name, so the Rs 3,000 tier actually costs Rs 3,060. No brand publishes a neighbourhood darzi’s rate, and we will not invent one, so run the sum with the numbers that exist:

Typical prices, 17 September 2026. Stitching rates are the only two published by any Pakistani brand.

Unstitched wins, but only just, and only if your tailor charges under Rs 5,460. At the Cross Stitch rate you save Rs 960, which is nine percent. Pay a luxury tailor and you lose money. Our unstitched versus stitched guide runs this break even across the whole market, not just 3 piece suits.

Every brand that sells both charges more for the stitched version, without exception in our data. The gap is Rs 1,340 at Alkaram Studio and Rs 8,495 at Cross Stitch. Bas yaad rahe, darzi ka bill alag hai.

Lawn is the market at 3,305 suits, and at Rs 6,490 it sits just under the overall typical price. Cambric is the genuine bargain at Rs 4,893 and gets discounted more often than lawn does. If you are shopping for winter, khaddar at Rs 5,593 is the cheapest warm cloth by a distance, which our khaddar suits guide goes into properly, while velvet at Rs 17,950 is three times the price.

Two patterns run right through that table. The cheaper the band, the more of it is on sale, from 100 percent under Rs 3,000 down to 7 percent above Rs 40,000. And the cheaper the band, the more of it is cloth rather than clothes. Nearly everything under Rs 3,000 is unstitched, and nothing above Rs 40,000 is.

Yaad rakhne wali baat

The Rs 5,000 to Rs 7,999 band is the biggest in the market with 2,032 suits, and it is the last band where most of the rail is still discounted. If you have no fixed budget, that is where choice and discount overlap best.

The Cheapest 3 Piece Suit You Can Actually Buy

The lowest 3 piece suit price in Pakistan we can find is Rs 2,299, at Limelight, an embroidered lawn pret set reduced from Rs 4,199. It is the only suit in the entire market under Rs 2,400, and it is ready to wear, which makes it better value than it first looks.

Below Rs 3,000 there are 250 suits, and the pattern is stark. Every single one of them is on sale, and 99 percent are unstitched. Beechtree’s printed lawn at Rs 2,694 fills much of that band, along with Alkaram Studio’s shirt, trouser and dupatta sets at Rs 2,594.

Ruko! Sasta hamesha sasta nahi hota

That Rs 2,694 unstitched lawn suit plus Rs 4,500 stitching comes to Rs 7,194 finished. A ready to wear suit at Alkaram Studio typically costs Rs 5,330 and at Limelight Rs 7,499. The cheap unstitched suit is not automatically the cheap suit.

Nothing at all is under Rs 2,000, at any of the 17 brands we can read, in any fabric, stitched or not. If you see a branded 3 piece advertised below that, check what you are actually being sold. Our fake sale discounts guide covers how the was price gets padded.

Who Is Cutting 3 Piece Suit Prices Right Now

Just under half the market is discounted, 3,491 of 7,070 suits, at a typical cut of 30 percent, and a discount is the single biggest lever on the 3 piece suit price in Pakistan. But the brand you pick decides almost everything.

Women’s 3 piece suits in stock, 17 September 2026. Share cut and depth of cut are different things, so read both columns.

Almirah cuts only 14 percent of its suits but cuts them by half, taking a typical Rs 11,450 suit down to Rs 5,950. Limelight cuts 86 percent of its suits but only by a quarter. Neither approach is better, they just suit different shoppers: one rewards patience, the other rewards browsing.

We also excluded two suspect entries. Limelight’s feed carries a handful of pieces with six figure was prices, one claiming a fall from Rs 410,662 to Rs 4,499, which is a data error rather than a 99 percent discount. Using medians rather than averages keeps such rows from moving any figure on this page. The same care goes into our market wide sale tracker.

The Top of the 3 Piece Market

The dearest 3 piece suit in stock anywhere in our data is an Asim Jofa hand embroidered bridal set at Rs 1,700,000. Asim Jofa holds the eight dearest suits in the market, all bridal, all between Rs 900,000 and Rs 1,700,000, and none of them discounted.

Below that comes a long gap. The next dearest is a Sana Safinaz stitched luxury set at Rs 95,549, and it is discounted. Only 139 suits in the whole market cost Rs 40,000 or more, which is 2 percent of everything in stock. For the bridal end specifically, our bridal lehenga guide measures that market on its own terms.

3 Piece Suit Price in Pakistan: FAQs

What is the average price of a 3 piece suit in Pakistan?

The typical price is Rs 7,494, measured across 7,070 priced women’s 3 piece suits in stock at 17 brands. The middle half of the market runs from Rs 4,945 to Rs 11,496, so half of all suits sit inside that range. The average is higher at Rs 11,789 because a handful of bridal pieces pull it upward, which is why we quote the median.

What is the cheapest 3 piece suit in Pakistan?

Rs 2,299, an embroidered lawn pret shirt set at Limelight, down from Rs 4,199. Only 4 suits in the whole market are under Rs 2,500 and 250 are under Rs 3,000. Nothing at all is under Rs 2,000, and every single suit under Rs 3,000 is on sale rather than normally priced.

Is an unstitched 3 piece suit cheaper than a stitched one?

Yes on the shelf, and barely once you pay a tailor. The typical unstitched 3 piece is Rs 5,490 against Rs 10,950 ready to wear, a gap of Rs 5,460. Add the only published stitching rate we can verify, Cross Stitch at Rs 4,500, and the finished unstitched suit costs Rs 9,990 against Rs 10,950. You save about Rs 960.

Which brand has the cheapest 3 piece suits?

Alkaram Studio at a typical Rs 4,298, then Bonanza Satrangi at Rs 4,543 and Beechtree at Rs 4,794. At the other end Maria B sits at Rs 23,990 and Baroque at Rs 23,950. Khaadi and Sapphire publish no readable product data, so neither appears in any figure here.

How much extra does the dupatta add?

About Rs 2,499 at the market level. A 1 piece is a typical Rs 2,492, a 2 piece Rs 4,995 and a 3 piece Rs 7,494. The gap varies enormously by brand, from Rs 10,000 at Maria B and Rs 5,000 at Almirah down to Rs 349 at Bonanza Satrangi. Beechtree’s 3 piece suits are actually Rs 300 cheaper than its 2 piece suits.

What fabric gives the cheapest 3 piece suit?

Cambric at a typical Rs 4,893, then khaddar at Rs 5,593 and slub at Rs 5,694. Lawn, which is by far the biggest category at 3,305 suits, sits at Rs 6,490. The expensive fabrics are organza at Rs 18,450, raw silk at Rs 17,993 and velvet at Rs 17,950.

Are 3 piece suits usually on sale?

About half of them. Of 7,070 priced suits, 3,491 were discounted, which is 49.4 percent, at a typical cut of 30 percent. Discounting is very uneven by brand: Beechtree had 94 percent of its suits cut while Zeen and Baroque had none at all.

Do cheap 3 piece suits cost more once stitched?

Often, yes. The cheapest suits are almost all unstitched, 98.8 percent of everything under Rs 3,000. A Rs 2,694 unstitched lawn suit plus Rs 4,500 stitching comes to Rs 7,194 finished, which is more than the typical ready to wear suit at several budget brands. Price the tailoring before you decide.

The Bottom Line

The honest answer to the 3 piece suit price in Pakistan is Rs 7,494 for a typical suit, Rs 4,945 if you shop the cheaper quarter, and Rs 2,299 if you want the single cheapest thing in stock anywhere.

Three things move that number more than anything else. The brand, which swings it by a factor of five. The dupatta, which costs Rs 349 at one brand and Rs 10,000 at another. And the tailoring, which turns a Rs 5,490 bargain into a Rs 9,990 suit. Naap lo, jorh lo, phir kharidein.

How we measured this: the Cross Stitch rate above is linked to the brand’s own live product page, checked on 28 September 2026; the Charizma tiers come from that brand’s product feed in our crawl and we have not linked them because the product URLs have since moved. We read the published product feeds of 19 Pakistani clothing brands on 17 September 2026, covering 124,655 products, of which 28,039 adult garments were in stock. From those we identified 7,123 women’s 3 piece suits using the brand’s own title, product type, tags, size options or listed components, excluding 39 products whose own fields contradicted each other and 26 men’s 3 piece sets. Generation’s 53 suits are counted but carry no prices, because that brand publishes none, so 7,070 suits are priced. Khaadi and Sapphire publish no readable product file and appear nowhere in these figures. A further 15,032 in stock garments name no piece count and could not be classified either way. All typical figures are medians. An item counts as discounted only where the was price genuinely exceeds the selling price; Baroque’s 51 custom size surcharge products are excluded, because paying more for a custom measurement is not a discount. Stitching rates are quoted from the only two Pakistani brands that publish them. Prices and stock move constantly, so confirm on the product page before you buy.
