Cheapest Clothing Brands in Pakistan: Five Measures, Five Winners

Sale Siren · Verified Pricing

Measured from 19 brand product feeds on 17 September 2026 · Updated each season

Ask which are the cheapest clothing brands in Pakistan and you will get a list. Ask how the list was made and you usually get silence.

So we measured it properly. Nobody publishes a ranking of the cheapest clothing brands in Pakistan from actual prices, so we read the product feeds of 19 Pakistani brands on 17 September 2026 and priced 23,510 women’s garments that were actually in stock. Then we ranked them five different ways, because “cheapest” means five different things, and got five different winners. Chalo, ek ek kar ke dekhte hain.

One: The Cheapest Clothing Brands in Pakistan by Typical Price

This is what most people mean. Take every women’s garment a brand has in stock, find the middle price, and rank.

Women’s garments in stock and priced, 17 September 2026. Median, so half of each brand’s rail is cheaper. Market median Rs 4,690.

Limelight wins, and it is not close. At Rs 2,499 it is 47 percent below the market middle and Rs 891 clear of second place. At the other end Maria B is 10.8 times dearer than Limelight, which is roughly the gap between a bus fare and a flight.

Seven brands sit at or below the market median: Limelight, Alkaram Studio, Beechtree, Gul Ahmed, Ethnic by Outfitters, Edenrobe and Bonanza Satrangi. Everything from Nishat Linen down is above the middle of the Pakistani market, whatever its posters say.

Two: The Cheapest Single Thing You Can Actually Buy

A typical price tells you where a brand lives. It does not tell you what the door costs, and plenty of people searching for the cheapest clothing brands in Pakistan just want one affordable thing. So we found the cheapest in stock women’s piece at every brand, and immediately hit a problem worth reporting.

Ruko! Do entries phenk deni parheen

Two listings came back at Rs 1: an Almirah product literally titled “test payfast”, which is a payment gateway test, and a Nishat Linen “Luxury Naqsh Box”, which is a gift box rather than a garment. Neither is clothing, so both are excluded from the ranking below.

This is what happens when a list is generated rather than read. A ranking built straight off a feed would have named Almirah the cheapest brand in Pakistan.

ElanRs. 11,960Ready to wear piece

Cheapest in stock women’s outfit piece per brand, dupattas, stoles, shawls and hair pieces excluded. 17 September 2026.

Gul Ahmed has the cheapest door in Pakistani branded fashion at Rs 407, and it is a pair of shorts rather than anything you would wear to a wedding. Notice how little this measure agrees with the last one. Asim Jofa is ninth on typical price yet fifth here. Baroque is sixteenth on typical price yet still gets you in for Rs 999.

Elan is the outlier that proves the point. Its cheapest item in stock costs Rs 11,960, which is more than the dearest item at several brands above. There is no cheap entry to Elan at all, which is discussed properly in our luxury brands guide.

Three: Which Cheapest Clothing Brands in Pakistan Hold the Most Cheap Stock

One Rs 407 pair of shorts is not a budget wardrobe. The question that matters if money is tight is how much of a brand’s rail you can afford at all.

Share of a brand’s in stock rail priced under Rs 2,000

Limelight holds more sub Rs 2,000 stock on its own than the next three brands together.

Limelight alone accounts for 1,476 of the market’s 3,887 pieces under Rs 2,000. Nearly two in five cheap garments in measurable Pakistani retail sit in one shop. Push the line to Rs 3,000 and 58 percent of Limelight’s entire catalogue qualifies, against a market figure of 30 percent.

Cross Stitch is the genuine surprise here. Its typical piece costs Rs 5,810, which places it tenth of eighteen, yet a third of its rail is under Rs 2,000. That is a barbell catalogue: a cheap accessories and separates end, and an expensive suit end, with little in between. If you judged it on the median alone you would never look.

At the other extreme, Maria B and Elan hold nothing at all under Rs 2,000, and Maria B has exactly one piece under Rs 3,000 out of 850.

Four: Cheap, or Just Heavily Discounted?

A brand can look cheap because it prices low, or because it prices high and then cuts. Those are different things, and only one of them survives the end of a sale. So we ranked twice, once on the ticket price and once on what you actually pay.

BrandTypical ticketTypical paidGapRank change
LimelightRs. 3,699Rs. 2,49932%First either way
Asim JofaRs. 8,000Rs. 5,73428%Up 3 places
Sana SafinazRs. 10,199Rs. 6,07540%Up 3 places

BeechtreeRs. 6,490Rs. 3,59445%Up 1 place
ZeenRs. 7,490Rs. 7,4900%Down 4 places
J. Junaid JamshedRs. 6,490Rs. 5,9908%Down 6 places
Maria BRs. 28,990Rs. 26,9907%Last either way

Ticket is the was price where there is a genuine one. Custom size surcharges at Baroque and Charizma are stripped out, because paying more for a measurement is not a markdown. Market ticket Rs 6,950, market paid Rs 4,690.

Limelight is cheapest before anyone discounts anything. Its ticket price of Rs 3,699 is already below the market’s paid price of Rs 4,690. That is a structurally cheap brand, not a brand having a sale.

J. Junaid Jamshed is the opposite story. Its ticket price of Rs 6,490 ties with Beechtree’s, but Beechtree cuts 84 percent of its rail and J. cuts 22 percent, so J. falls six places once real prices are counted. If you shop on sticker prices you would rate them equally. Poster dekh kar faisla mat karein.

Five: Cheapest by What You Are Actually Buying

A brand median mixes a Rs 500 vest with a Rs 30,000 formal. So we measured four things people actually search for, counting only brands with at least 20 pieces.

What you wantCheapest brandTypical pricePiecesMarket middle
KurtiAlkaram StudioRs. 1,86595Rs. 2,990
Lawn, any garmentAlkaram StudioRs. 2,789175Rs. 4,990
Unstitched suitBeechtreeRs. 2,995123Rs. 4,745
3 piece suitAlkaram StudioRs. 4,298514Rs. 7,494

Cheapest brand with at least 20 priced pieces in that category, 17 September 2026. Smaller groups are excluded because one cheap line would decide the rank. The 3 piece row follows the broader rule from our 3 piece suit study, which also counts suits listed as shirt, trouser and dupatta without a piece count; that rule finds 514 Alkaram Studio suits where a strict name match finds only 41.

Alkaram Studio wins three of the four, and it is second overall rather than first. Limelight is the cheapest brand in Pakistan overall but does not top a single one of these categories, because its cheap end is separates and accessories rather than suits and lawn.

That is the practical lesson of this whole exercise. If you want a kurti, Alkaram Studio at Rs 1,865 beats Limelight at Rs 2,199. If you want unstitched cloth, Beechtree at Rs 2,995 beats both. Our 3 piece suit price guide and lawn sale guide go deeper into each.

The Test That Reorders the Cheapest Clothing Brands in Pakistan

Every ranking of the cheapest clothing brands in Pakistan, ours included so far, assumes you can actually buy the thing. Often you cannot, because the cheap rail is the picked over rail.

We measured this the same way we do everywhere on this site: of the pieces that publish more than one size, what share still have every size orderable. Across the market that figure is 40.7 percent. Split by price, it looks like this:

Price bandPiecesFull size run still available
Under Rs 2,0003,88723%
Rs 2,000 to 3,4994,61937%
Rs 3,500 to 4,9994,21339%
Rs 5,000 to 9,9996,65340%
Rs 10,000 and up4,13857%

Women’s in stock pieces publishing more than one size, 17 September 2026.

A piece under Rs 2,000 is less than half as likely to be available in your size as one over Rs 10,000. And this holds inside every brand, not just across the market. At all 18 brands we measured, the cheaper half of the catalogue has worse size availability than the dearer half, without a single exception.

The gap is brutal at some brands. At Asim Jofa the dear half runs 64 percent complete and the cheap half 22 percent, a 42 point drop. At Sana Safinaz it is 33 points and at Cross Stitch 32. Sasta maal pehle uthta hai, yeh purani baat hai, magar ab naapi hui hai.

Ranked on size availability alone, the order almost reverses. Elan leads at 82 percent and Baroque at 77, the two dearest brands in the study. J. Junaid Jamshed comes last at 18 percent.

The Only Brand That Is Cheap and Still Has Stock

Put price and availability together and the list of cheapest clothing brands in Pakistan collapses. To pass, a brand needs a typical price at or below the market’s Rs 4,690 and a size run share at or above the market’s 41 percent.

Yaad rakhne wali baat

One brand of eighteen passes both: Ethnic by Outfitters, at a typical Rs 3,990 with 59 percent of its multi size pieces still complete. Even its cheap half runs at 52 percent, which beats the market average outright.

Every other cheap brand fails the second test. Limelight, the cheapest of all, has full size runs on only 36 percent of its rail and 34 percent of its cheap half. Alkaram Studio manages 32 percent, Gul Ahmed 34 percent and Nishat Linen 27 percent.

So the honest answer to which is cheapest depends on what you will accept. Limelight if price is the only thing that matters and you will take whatever size is left. Ethnic by Outfitters if you want a fair price and a real chance of your size. That trade off is the finding, and no ranking that reports price alone can show it. For how the brands compare on everything else, see our full brand ranking and brand by budget guide.

The Prices That Are Not Really Prices

One more thing any honest ranking of the cheapest clothing brands in Pakistan has to disclose. Some brands list large parts of the catalogue at a single identical figure, and that figure behaves like a price band rather than a ticket.

BrandRepeated pricePieces at itShare of its catalogue
EdenrobeRs. 2,50017520%
EdenrobeRs. 4,00016419%
EdenrobeRs. 5,00013816%
CharizmaRs. 7,9509317%
Bonanza SatrangiRs. 2,7938912%
BaroqueRs. 19,9506112%
LimelightRs. 9992257%

Where one identical price covers 10 or more pieces and at least 5 percent of a brand’s priced stock. 17 September 2026.

Three round numbers cover 55 percent of Edenrobe’s entire catalogue. Rs 2,500, Rs 4,000 and Rs 5,000. Its typical price of Rs 4,000 is therefore not a measurement of a range so much as the middle tier of a three tier price list, and its sixth place above should be read with that in mind.

This is not deception, it is how some brands merchandise. But it is the sort of thing that has to be said out loud when you publish a ranking, because a median behaves differently when a brand uses three prices than when it uses three hundred.

What This Study Cannot Tell You

  1. Khaadi and Sapphire are missing entirely. Neither publishes a readable product file, so nobody outside those companies can price their rails. Any list that ranks them is guessing.
  2. Generation publishes no rupee prices, so it appears in our size figures and in no price figure anywhere.
  3. Bazaar cloth, Sunday markets and Instagram sellers are not in any feed. This is a study of branded retail, and branded retail is the expensive end of Pakistani clothing.
  4. An unstitched price is not a finished outfit price. Only Cross Stitch, at a published Rs 4,500 stitching add on, and Charizma from Rs 3,060 to Rs 7,650 publish any rate at all. Our unstitched versus stitched guide runs that sum.
  5. Quality, colour fastness and fit cannot be read from a product feed. Cheap is a number. Value is not.

Cheapest Clothing Brands in Pakistan: FAQs

Which is the cheapest clothing brand in Pakistan?

Limelight, on the measure most people mean. Its typical women’s garment costs Rs 2,499 against a market middle of Rs 4,690 across 18 brands, and it ranks first of 18. But the answer changes with the question: Gul Ahmed has the cheapest single orderable piece at Rs 407 and Alkaram Studio is cheapest in three of the four categories we measured.

What is the cheapest single item you can buy from a Pakistani clothing brand?

Basic Bermuda shorts at Gul Ahmed for Rs 407. Below that we found only two listings priced at Rs 1, an Almirah payment test entry and a Nishat Linen gift box, neither of which is a garment, so we excluded both. Limelight’s cheapest real outfit piece is Rs 499 and Alkaram Studio’s is a Rs 675 t-shirt.

Are cheap Pakistani brands cheap because they discount?

Mostly no. Limelight is the cheapest brand before any discount is applied, with a typical ticket price of Rs 3,699 against a market ticket of Rs 6,950. Discounting reshuffles the middle of the table rather than the top: Asim Jofa and Sana Safinaz each climb three places once markdowns are counted, and J. Junaid Jamshed drops six.

Which brand has the most cheap clothes, not just the cheapest one?

Limelight by a distance. Of its 3,282 priced women’s pieces in stock, 1,476 cost under Rs 2,000, which is 45 percent of its rail against a market figure of 17 percent. Cross Stitch is the surprise at 33 percent under Rs 2,000 despite a typical price of Rs 5,810.

Is cheap stock at Pakistani brands actually still available?

Usually not in every size. Across the market, only 23 percent of pieces under Rs 2,000 still have their full size run, against 57 percent of pieces over Rs 10,000. At every single brand we measured, the cheaper half of the catalogue has worse size availability than the dearer half.

Which brand is cheap and still has stock on the rail?

Ethnic by Outfitters is the only one that passes both tests. Its typical piece is Rs 3,990, below the market middle, and 59 percent of its multi size pieces still have every size orderable against a market figure of 41 percent. No other brand at or below the market median clears that bar.

Is Khaadi or Sapphire cheaper than these brands?

We cannot say, and nor can anyone outside those companies. Khaadi runs on a platform that publishes no product file and Sapphire’s store returns none either, so there is no way to count their prices. Any ranking that places them is guessing.

Why do some brands list many items at exactly the same price?

Because that figure is a price band rather than a ticket for each piece. Edenrobe lists 175 items at exactly Rs 2,500, 164 at Rs 4,000 and 138 at Rs 5,000, which together is 55 percent of its catalogue. Charizma lists 93 items at Rs 7,950. Treat those as placeholders, because they pull a brand’s typical price toward a round number.

The Bottom Line

The cheapest clothing brands in Pakistan are Limelight on typical price at Rs 2,499, Gul Ahmed on entry price at Rs 407, Alkaram Studio on kurtis, lawn and 3 piece suits, and Beechtree on unstitched cloth.

But the number worth carrying away is a different one. Only 23 percent of everything under Rs 2,000 in Pakistani branded retail still has a full size run, against 57 percent above Rs 10,000. Cheap stock sells out first, and one brand alone manages to be cheap with the rail still stocked. Sasta milna aur sahi size milna, do alag cheezein hain.

How we measured this: we read the published product feeds of 19 Pakistani clothing brands on 17 September 2026, covering 124,655 products. From those we took every adult women’s garment in stock, 23,862 pieces, of which 23,510 carry rupee prices at 18 brands. Khaadi runs on a platform that publishes no product file and Sapphire’s store returns none, so neither can be measured at all. Generation publishes no rupee prices and is excluded from every price figure while remaining in the size figures. All typical figures are medians. A discount counts only where the was price genuinely exceeds the selling price, and custom size surcharges at Baroque and Charizma are stripped out, because paying more for a measurement is not a markdown. The entry point ranking excludes two Rs 1 listings that are not garments, an Almirah payment test entry and a Nishat Linen gift box, and also excludes dupattas, stoles, shawls and hair pieces. Category ranks require at least 20 priced pieces at a brand. Size run share counts only pieces publishing more than one size, and a piece passes when every published size is still orderable. Prices and stock move constantly, so confirm on the product page before you buy.
