Abaya Pakistan 2026: 31 Pieces at 4 Brands, Priced and Compared

Sale Siren · Verified Pricing

Measured across 24 stores but only 31 abayas found at 4 brands, read on 9 and 10 October 2026

You open your wardrobe at 7am, half asleep, and everything looks like a mess. Shalwar kameez needs ironing, jeans feel too casual for the masjid stop. Then you spot it: that simple black abaya, ready in two seconds. Chalo, sorted.

So I counted. On 9 and 10 October 2026 I read the full online catalogues of 24 Pakistani stores and pulled out every women’s abaya you can still order: 31 pieces at 4 brands. That is it. This is an honest but small abaya Pakistan guide: who actually stocks them, what they cost, and why 20 of these 24 stores have none at all.

Small sample alert

This guide covers only 31 abayas from 4 online brands. Many abaya shoppers buy from local stores, dedicated abaya boutiques or social media sellers not tracked here. Use these figures as one reference point, not the complete market.

Abaya Pakistan: Who Actually Sells Them Online

First, the reality check. Twenty of the 24 brands we read had zero abayas. No Limelight, no Beechtree, no Baroque, no Nishat Linen. The abaya is not a category these mainstream fashion brands stock. If you searched for an abaya Pakistan online and found nothing at your favourite store, ab samajh aaya.

Only four brands had any:

Women’s abayas you could still order online, read on 9 and 10 October 2026. Every brand here has a small sample. Twenty brands had no abayas listed at all.

Across all 31 pieces the typical abaya Pakistan price was Rs 5,313, and half sat between Rs 4,290 and Rs 8,990. Yaar, that is a narrow price window compared to categories like kurtis or suits, because the abaya is a simpler garment with less variation.

Gul Ahmed is the abaya shelf leader with 12 pieces, all georgette or blended fabrics with embroidery, at premium prices. Zellbury is the budget option with plain abayas from Rs 2,990. Alkaram Studio sits in between, with every piece on 30 percent sale. J. Junaid Jamshed has just one piece, at the highest price point.

Abaya Pakistan: Fabrics and Styles

Most abayas we found were georgette:

Fabric read from the brand’s own title. Zellbury abayas mostly do not name the fabric.

Gul Ahmed dominates the fabric conversation. Its 12 abayas include viscose georgette, georgette slub, and one crushed satin piece. These are the flowing, formal fabrics: the kind that drape well for Eid, walima receptions or religious gatherings. Bohut premium feel.

Zellbury’s 9 abayas do not name the fabric in the title. They are described as “plain abaya” or “butterfly abaya” without material details. Check the product page if fabric matters to you.

Alkaram Studio labels its pieces as “RTW Abaya and Stole” without fabric names. The focus there is on the styling: embellished sets at sale prices.

Abaya Pakistan: Everyday vs Formal

Looking at the styles and prices, the 31 abayas split into two clear groups:

TypePiecesTypical priceWhere
Everyday plain22Rs 4,823Zellbury (9), Alkaram Studio (9), Gul Ahmed (4)
Formal embroidered9Rs 9,990Gul Ahmed (8), J. Junaid Jamshed (1)

Categorised by style and embellishment, 31 pieces read on 9 and 10 October 2026.

Everyday abayas cost about half of formal ones. The Zellbury plain abayas at Rs 2,990 to Rs 4,290 are for masjid runs, errands, quick outings. Koi extra nahin, just practical modest wear. Alkaram’s sale pieces with stoles sit in the same everyday bracket.

Formal abayas from Gul Ahmed at Rs 8,990 to Rs 12,990 are embroidered georgette pieces with matching scarves. These are the Eid outfits, the wedding guest options, the ones you save for occasions. The J. Junaid Jamshed piece at Rs 15,270 is the only one above Rs 15,000.

Abaya Pakistan Sale: What Is Really Discounted

On the day, 11 of 31 abayas were on sale, 35.5 percent, at a typical cut of 30 percent:

J. Junaid Jamshed0 of 1 (0%)nonenone

Abayas on sale at each brand, read on 9 and 10 October 2026.

Alkaram Studio is running a clearance. Every single abaya there is 30 percent off. These are likely older stock or season end pieces. If you want a deal, wahi jaana hai.

Gul Ahmed has just 2 of 12 on sale. The rest are new season stock at full price. Zellbury has none on sale, but their full prices (Rs 2,990 to Rs 4,290) are already the lowest in the market.

Is a “sale” abaya bad? Bilkul nahi. An abaya does not go out of fashion. Black georgette from last season is the same as black georgette this season. Our fake sale guide explains how to read a was price.

Abayas with Scarves: The Matching Question

This matters more than fabric for some shoppers. Here is what each brand offers:

  • Gul Ahmed: Most pieces include a matching scarf or stole. Embroidered scarves, zari stripe scarves, block printed scarves. You get a coordinated set.
  • Alkaram Studio: All 9 pieces are sold as “Abaya and Stole” sets. The stole is included in the price.
  • Zellbury: No scarf included. These are plain abayas with pockets or butterfly cuts. Pair with your own dupatta.
  • J. Junaid Jamshed: The one piece does not mention a scarf, though the brand typically sells sets.

If you need a complete outfit in one purchase, Gul Ahmed or Alkaram Studio. If you already have dupattas and just want the abaya, Zellbury saves you money.

How to Shop an Abaya in Pakistan

Returns on Abayas

Return policies affect your purchase decision. Alkaram Studio says sale items are exchange only, not refund. Gul Ahmed allows 30 day exchange on all items but no cash refund. Zellbury has a 7 day exchange window. Since abayas are often sold in limited sizes per style, check stock and your measurements before ordering.

The Bottom Line on Abaya Pakistan Shopping

The abaya Pakistan online market in one line: just 31 pieces at 4 brands, typical Rs 5,313, most from Gul Ahmed or Zellbury. This is a niche category at mainstream fashion stores. Twenty of 24 brands had nothing. If you want an abaya online, your choices are limited to these four.

For budget everyday wear, Zellbury from Rs 2,990 is the practical pick. For embroidered formal sets with matching scarves, Gul Ahmed from Rs 7,693 on sale. For clearance deals, Alkaram Studio at 30 percent off across the board. And if you cannot find what you want here, local abaya boutiques and social media sellers may have what these mainstream stores do not.

How we checked: We read the complete online catalogues of 24 stores on 9 and 10 October 2026: Agha Noor, Asim Jofa, Baroque, Beechtree, Charizma, Cross Stitch, Elan, Generation, Gulaal, Limelight, Maria B, Nishat Linen, Sana Safinaz, Saya, Zeen and Zellbury (10 October), and the women’s lines of Gul Ahmed, J. Junaid Jamshed, Alkaram Studio, Almirah, Bonanza Satrangi, Edenrobe, Ethnic and Outfitters (9 October), 153,266 products. An abaya is a product whose title or type says abaya. Men’s, boys’ and children’s pieces are dropped. That left 31 pieces still orderable at 4 brands. Typical price is the median price paid today; on sale means a higher was price is shown. This is a very small sample, so treat figures as a snapshot, not the whole market. Khaadi and Sapphire publish no readable feed. Check the product page before you pay.
