Agha Noor Prices 2026: 608 Pieces Read, Only 65 Discounted, 266 Already Gone
You screenshot an Agha Noor suit, send it to your sister, wait for her opinion, and by the time it arrives your size has gone. Not the suit. Sirf aapka size.
We checked whether that matches the numbers. On 1 October 2026 we read every product the brand publishes: 709 listings, 608 adult garments once kidswear and non clothing came out, and 266 already sold out. Chalo, poora hisaab dekhte hain.
Is There an Agha Noor Sale? Here Is What the Prices Say
Of the 342 adult garments in stock with a published price, exactly 65 carry a genuine markdown. That is 19 percent. Another 275 carry no previous price at all, so there is nothing to compare and we count them full price. Two more publish a previous price lower than today’s, a feed mistake our rule refuses to score as a discount.
On those pieces the typical cut is 30 percent and the deepest anywhere is 50 percent. Add every rupee of every markdown together and the whole discounted rail comes to Rs 206,120. Bohat bara number nahi hai, haan.
Ruko, yeh baat pehle saaf kar dein
Our Google Keyword Planner file holds 165,000 searches a month in Pakistan for “agha noor”, 720 for “agha noor online” and 320 for “agha noor lawn”. It holds no row at all for a sale at this brand.
So we will not announce an event, a date or a countdown. What we can show you is the price data, and the price data says 65 pieces out of 342.
The brand also tags some products with a percentage of its own, things like “20%” and “FLAT 50%”. 62 in stock pieces carry such a tag and 51 are backed by a real struck price, and on all 51 the tag matched our measured cut exactly. The other 10 carry the tag with no previous price, so there is nothing to verify. For the version of this that costs people money, read our fake sale discounts guide.
Agha Noor Prices: What Each Piece Actually Costs
| Category | In stock | Typical price | Discounted | Typical cut |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 Piece | 89 | Rs. 28,000 | 9 of 89 | 20% |
| 2 Piece | 168 | Rs. 9,500 | 16 of 168 | 20% |
| 1 Piece | 26 | Rs. 7,000 | 13 of 26 | 50% |
| Pants | 17 | Rs. 2,750 | 5 of 17 | 50% |
| Shirt | 16 | Rs. 2,000 | 15 of 16 | 50% |
| Dupatta | 12 | Rs. 2,062 | 6 of 12 | 50% |
In stock on 1 October 2026, under the brand’s own category names. Pants, Shirt and Dupatta each hold fewer than 20 pieces, so read those rows as an indication, not a measurement.
The Agha Noor shop sits at a typical Rs 10,500. A quarter is under Rs 7,375 and a quarter over Rs 22,000. The floor is a Rs 600 printed lawn dupatta, half of Rs 1,200, and the ceiling Rs 36,000 for embroidered silk and organza 3 piece suits.
108 pieces, nearly a third of the shop, cost Rs 20,000 or more, while only 62 come in under Rs 5,000. This is not a brand with a big cheap rail and a small expensive one. Ulta hisaab hai.
The price list is oddly tidy too. Those 342 pieces share only 79 distinct prices, the ten commonest covering 43 percent of the shop, and Rs 9,500 alone appears 28 times. That is a ladder somebody designed, not a market moving day to day.
How It Compares With Every Other Brand We Measure
| Brand | Women’s pieces in stock | Typical price |
|---|---|---|
| Limelight | 3,282 | Rs. 2,499 |
| Gul Ahmed | 3,678 | Rs. 3,594 |
| All 18 measurable brands | 23,510 | Rs. 4,690 |
| Sana Safinaz | 1,866 | Rs. 6,075 |
| Agha Noor this guide | 339 | Rs. 10,500 |
| Baroque | 524 | Rs. 15,950 |
| Elan | 126 | Rs. 25,450 |
| Maria B | 850 | Rs. 26,990 |
Same rule for everyone: adult women’s garments, in stock, with a rupee price, typical figure is the median. The 18 rivals were read on 17 September 2026 and this brand on 1 October 2026, two weeks apart.
That is roughly 2.2 times the market middle. Of the 18 brands we can measure, only three are dearer: Baroque, Elan and Maria B. Everyone else, Sana Safinaz included, is cheaper.
Which puts this in the territory our luxury brands guide covers, and explains the discount behaviour. Brands priced at the top do not need a red sticker to shift stock. Khaadi and Sapphire are missing from the table because neither publishes a readable product file, so nobody outside those companies can count their rails honestly.
Agha Noor Sells Out Faster Than It Discounts
This is the number that really runs your shopping. 266 of 608 adult garments are completely sold out. Not low on stock. Gone.
| Price band | Pieces listed | Sold out | Sold out share |
|---|---|---|---|
| Under Rs 1,500 | 12 | 5 | 41.7% |
| Rs 1,500 to 2,999 | 32 | 9 | 28.1% |
| Rs 3,000 to 4,999 | 61 | 29 | 47.5% |
| Rs 5,000 to 9,999 | 206 | 104 | 50.5% |
| Rs 10,000 to 19,999 | 141 | 71 | 50.4% |
| Rs 20,000 to 29,999 | 125 | 41 | 32.8% |
| Rs 30,000 and up | 31 | 7 | 22.6% |
Every adult garment with a price, 1 October 2026. The under Rs 1,500 row holds 12 pieces, a small sample.
Read the middle of that table. Half of everything between Rs 5,000 and Rs 20,000 has already gone, and that is the band most of us shop. The Rs 30,000 rail is still 77 percent available, because far fewer people buy a Rs 32,000 suit on a Tuesday.
Fabric says it louder. Net: 45 of the 46 pieces ever listed are gone, 97.8 percent. Cotton: 48 of 69, 69.6 percent. Cambric: 100 of 204, the biggest fabric in the shop. Silk: 67 of 187. Lawn is the slowest at 20 of 63. By category, 3 piece suits go quickest at 48.6 percent sold out against 40.4 percent for 2 pieces. Agar 3 piece chahiye, abhi dekh lein.
Sizes: 94 Percent of Pieces Are Missing at Least One
Now the bit that made us sit up. Of the 321 in stock pieces publishing more than one option, only 19 still have every option orderable. Nineteen, out of three hundred and twenty one.
302, or 94.1 percent, miss at least one, and 126 are down to a single option. The typical piece published five and has two left. So when a suit looks available, there is a good chance the only thing available is somebody else’s size.
Yeh wala trap sab ko lagta hai
Across the brands we measure, 40.7 percent of multi size pieces still have every size orderable. At Agha Noor that figure is 5.9 percent.
Saving something to a wishlist and deciding next week does not work here. Woh piece mil bhi jaye, aapka size nahi milega.
Sizes still orderable across 321 in stock pieces
Read 1 October 2026
The store publishes only its orderable options, so this counts where a size survives, not where one sold out. The middle holds. Both ends do not.
Extra large survives on 16 percent of pieces and extra small on 25 percent. If you wear either end of the range, this brand will test your patience, and no clearance is coming to rescue you. Dono taraf mushkil hai.
The 65 Discounted Pieces Are Not the Ones You Want
When this brand does cut a price, it cuts the cheap things, and the pattern is almost funny.
Share of in stock pieces discounted, by price band
Read 1 October 2026
Four in five cheap pieces are reduced. One in twenty expensive ones is. The suits you came for stay full price.
Look at what the 65 reduced pieces are. 15 of the 16 shirts, 13 of the 26 single pieces, 6 of the 12 dupattas, 5 of the 17 pants. Against that, only 9 of 89 three piece suits and 16 of 168 two pieces. The typical discounted piece costs Rs 5,200, the typical full price piece Rs 12,000. Jo sasta hai, wahi sale par hai.
The depths are odd too. The cuts land on three rungs with nothing between them: 21 pieces at 20 percent, 12 in the 21 to 30 band, nothing at all between 31 and 40, and 32 at 41 to 50. Nothing goes past half price. Each band holds fewer than 40 pieces, so treat them as counts rather than trends.
Sasti entry yahan se milti hai
The cheapest real buy is a printed lawn dupatta at Rs 600, half of Rs 1,200. Half price dupattas, plus shirts and pants at Rs 2,000, are how you own something here without spending five figures.
The biggest rupee saving is a printed raw silk embroidered 3 piece, down Rs 13,500 from Rs 45,000 to Rs 31,500. Bara saving, phir bhi Rs 31,500.
Agha Noor Lawn, Cambric and Silk: Where the Money Goes
| Fabric | In stock | Typical price | Discounted | Typical cut |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lawn | 43 | Rs. 3,500 | 20 (46.5%) | 50% |
| Cambric | 104 | Rs. 9,500 | 16 (15.4%) | 20% |
| Cotton | 21 | Rs. 14,000 | 9 (42.9%) | 20% |
| Silk, including raw silk | 120 | Rs. 24,000 | 8 (6.7%) | 20% |
Fabric groups of 20 or more in stock pieces, 1 October 2026. Khaddar, velvet, linen, chiffon and organza each hold fewer than 20 in stock, so they are left out rather than ranked.
Agha Noor lawn is the whole answer for anyone on a normal budget. Typical Rs 3,500, nearly half of it reduced, and the reductions are the deep 50 percent kind rather than a token 20. It is the only corner of this shop that behaves like an ordinary Pakistani brand, and it matches the 320 monthly searches our file records for “agha noor lawn”.
Cambric is the workhorse: 104 pieces, typical Rs 9,500, 15 percent reduced. Silk is where the name and the money live, 120 pieces at a typical Rs 24,000 with just 8 discounted. Dekho, silk par rehem nahi hai. If Rs 3,500 still feels steep, our lawn sale comparison prices the same fabric at 19 other brands and best brand by budget shows what each budget buys.
Agha Noor Online: What the Store Publishes and What It Leaves Out
Searches for “agha noor online” run at 720 a month in Pakistan, so here is what you walk into.
There is effectively no unstitched rail. Across 608 adult garments we found four unstitched listings and one still in stock, at Rs 18,000. A sample of one, so we will not build a comparison on it. It means the usual Pakistani route, buy the cloth cheap and pay your darzi, is not on offer. You buy it made or not at all, and our unstitched versus stitched guide explains why losing that lever matters.
The catalogue is young. 308 of the 342 pieces in stock were created in 2026, 204 since mid July. Only 34 date from before this year, and 13 of those are discounted, so old stock does eventually get marked down.
Also in the shop: 75 kids garments, 35 in stock at a typical Rs 4,250, and three men’s wash and wear suits near Rs 6,000, too small a group to call a menswear line. The filter removed 26 listings that are not clothing: 12 jewellery pieces, 8 candles and 6 pairs of shoes.
On returns we have nothing measured, because we did not read this brand’s own policy in this pass and we will not guess. Of the 19 Pakistani brands whose policies we have read word for word, 17 refuse exchanges on sale items outright. Since only 19 percent of stock here is reduced, most of what you buy will be full price, which usually carries the better rights. Phir bhi, khud check kar lena.
And a 3 piece at Rs 28,000 is a wedding guest budget, not a Sunday one. Our wedding wear guide and party wear guide put that beside what the market charges for the same evening.
How to Shop It Without Losing the Piece
- Stop waiting for a sale. Only 19 percent of stock is reduced and nothing goes past 50 percent. Waiting costs you the size, not the money.
- Buy the size the day you see it. 94 percent of pieces already miss an option and 126 are down to one.
- Extra small and extra large, decide fast. They survive on 25 and 16 percent of pieces.
- Shop the lawn rail for value. Typical Rs 3,500, and 46 percent of it reduced, usually by half.
- Do not expect a cut on silk. Only 8 of 120 silk pieces are reduced.
- Price the alternatives first. At Rs 10,500 typical, three brands are dearer and fifteen cheaper.

Is there an Agha Noor sale right now?
Not a brand wide one. Of 342 adult garments in stock on 1 October 2026, only 65 carried a genuine markdown, which is 19 percent. The typical cut was 30 percent and the deepest 50 percent. Our Google Keyword Planner file holds no search row for a sale here, so we do not claim an event is running.
How much does an Agha Noor suit cost?
The typical piece in stock is Rs 10,500. A 2 piece suit is a typical Rs 9,500 and a 3 piece Rs 28,000. The cheapest item is a printed lawn dupatta at Rs 600, down from Rs 1,200, and the dearest are embroidered silk and organza suits at Rs 36,000.
Why is so much of Agha Noor sold out?
It sells faster than it restocks. Of 608 adult garments published, 266 were sold out on 1 October 2026, which is 43.8 percent. Net is the extreme case, with 45 of the 46 net pieces ever listed gone. Cotton runs at 69.6 percent sold out and cambric at 49 percent.
Which sizes are hardest to get at Agha Noor?
Both ends of the range. Of 321 in stock pieces publishing more than one option, only 19 have every option orderable and 126 are down to one. Medium survives on 66 percent and large on 58 percent, but extra small drops to 25 percent and extra large to 16 percent.
Does the brand discount its expensive suits?
Almost never. Of 108 pieces in stock priced at Rs 20,000 or more, only 5 were reduced, which is 4.6 percent. At the other end, 19 of the 23 pieces priced Rs 1,500 to Rs 2,999 were reduced. The markdowns sit on dupattas, shirts, pants and single pieces, not on embroidered suits.
Is Agha Noor expensive compared to other Pakistani brands?
Yes. Its typical piece is Rs 10,500 against a pooled market middle of Rs 4,690 across the 18 brands we can measure, so about 2.2 times the middle. It is dearer than 15 of those 18 and cheaper than only Baroque at Rs 15,950, Elan at Rs 25,450 and Maria B at Rs 26,990.
Does Agha Noor sell unstitched fabric?
Barely. Across 608 adult garments we found four unstitched listings and just one still in stock, at Rs 18,000. That is a sample of one, so we will not price it. This is a ready to wear brand, so buying cloth and paying a tailor is not really an option.
What does Agha Noor lawn cost?
Lawn is the cheapest way in. We counted 43 lawn pieces in stock at a typical Rs 3,500, and 20 were discounted, which is 46.5 percent, at a typical cut of 50 percent. Silk runs at a typical Rs 24,000 with only 6.7 percent reduced.

The Bottom Line on Agha Noor
Agha Noor is expensive, it barely discounts, and nearly half of everything it has published is gone. Those three facts are one fact wearing different clothes.
If you love the embroidery and the silk, buy it when you see your size and stop refreshing for a sale the data does not show. If you want the brand without the bill, the lawn rail at a typical Rs 3,500 with half price cuts is a genuinely good door in. And if Rs 10,500 a piece turns your stomach, fifteen of the eighteen brands we measure are cheaper. Bas apna budget dekho, phir decide karo.
How we checked: we read the full product catalogue at aghanoorofficial.com on 1 October 2026, 709 products, three pages, no duplicates and no truncation, oldest created 4 February 2023. We then applied the filters we use for every brand: kidswear and non clothing removed, leaving 608 adult garments of which 342 were in stock with a price and 266 sold out. A piece counts as discounted only where a previous price is genuinely higher than the selling price and the implied cut is plausible, true of 65 pieces; 275 publish no previous price at all and two publish one lower than today’s, and neither counts as a saving. Typical figures are medians and any group under 20 pieces is flagged or left out. Three limits. The store publishes only its orderable variants, so we can count how many options have gone but never which sizes were listed. Seven fragrances at Rs 4,900 carry no product category and slip past the clothing filter, and they do not move the median. The three men’s suits are counted as menswear and excluded from the 339 women’s pieces in the comparison above. Rival medians come from our 17 September 2026 crawl of 23,510 in stock women’s pieces at 18 measurable brands, two weeks before this read, and Khaadi, Sapphire and Generation publish nothing readable in rupees. Search volumes are Google Keyword Planner figures for Pakistan, which hold no row for a sale here. The returns figure comes from 19 brand policies read on 20 and 27 August 2026, none of them this one. Prices and stock move, so check the product page before you buy.
