Factory Outlets in Pakistan 2026: We Checked 27 Brands and Found 39 Pieces, Not a Store
Rs 36,000 for a sherwani that cost Rs 120,000. That one piece is real, it is at Amir Adnan, and it is one of exactly five pieces in Pakistan’s menswear market that actually carries a “Factory Outlet” tag and still sits in stock. Hum ne poora market chaan maara, aur yeh mila.
“Factory outlet” and “clearance” promise a specific thing: a permanent rack of good stock sold off cheap, separate from the usual seasonal sale. We checked whether that rack actually exists online in Pakistan, brand by brand, from the full product catalogues of 27 stores read on 9 and 10 October 2026. Chalo, poora hisaab dekhte hain.
The Clearance Tag Trap
We started the way anyone searching “factory outlet” would: looking for the word. A straight text search of every brand’s product data for “outlet”, “clearance” or “factory” turned up 446 matches at Cambridge alone. That number is wrong in a specific, useful way. It counts how many times a product has ever carried a clearance tag across its whole life in the catalogue, including years of stock that is long gone. Done properly, counting only products that are both tagged AND currently in stock, Cambridge’s real number is 1.
Yahan dhoka lagta hai
A “clearance” tag is cheap to apply and almost never removed. Stores tag a product once, during a real clearance event, and the tag stays on the product’s record forever, whether or not the item is still for sale. Searching a store’s own site for “clearance” shows you history, not stock.
So this guide counts only what you could actually add to a cart on 9 or 10 October 2026: in stock, priced, not a kids’ item, and not one of the listings that shows “add to cart” but hides its own price (we exclude those everywhere on this site, the same rule we apply to every brand guide).
Amir Adnan: the One Real Menswear Factory Outlet
Of everything we checked, Amir Adnan’s Factory Outlet is the only one that behaves like the name suggests. Five pieces are tagged Factory Outlet and still in stock, every one titled “Slightly Defected”, and the pattern is consistent: real menswear, real cuts, no catch beyond the defect.
| Piece | Price | Was | Cut |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cotton Net Off White Sherwani | Rs 36,000 | Rs 120,000 | 70% |
| Jamawar Blue Traditional Waistcoat | Rs 5,600 | Rs 28,000 | 80% |
| Suiting Dark Sapphire Waistcoat | Rs 5,000 | Rs 25,000 | 80% |
| Suiting Medieval Blue Waistcoat | Rs 5,000 | Rs 25,000 | 80% |
| Jamawar WinTasting Sherwani | Rs 15,000 | not published | n/a |
All 5 pieces tagged Factory Outlet and in stock at amiradnan.com, read 9 October 2026.
Three waistcoats are cut by exactly 80 percent, suggesting a flat outlet markdown rate rather than a case by case discount. The biggest rupee saving is the Rs 84,000 off the Cotton Net sherwani. The catch, and it is a real one: four of the five pieces are available in only one size. Three are size M, one is size L. This is genuinely a factory outlet, in miniature, and it clears in the order people happen to buy it.
Ethnic by Outfitters: Accessories Only, but Genuinely Real
This is the one clearance section that behaves exactly as advertised, with one caveat: every single piece in it is an accessory, never a garment.
Ethnic by Outfitters clearance: all 24 pieces, by typical cut
Read 9 October 2026
Category averages. Individual pieces range from 51 to 64 percent off. Nothing here is clothing.
All 24 pieces are in stock, all are genuinely marked down, and 23 of the 24 cuts sit between 57 and 64 percent. The one outlier is a pair of earrings at 51 percent. Prices run from Rs 290 (plain socks) to Rs 2,690 (a pair of earrings). If you want jewellery, a belt or a bag at a real discount, this is a small but entirely legitimate rack. If you want clothing, it will not help you.
Saya and the Rest
Saya still has 6 pieces tagged “Clearance Sale” in stock, a tag the brand first used back in 2023 that a handful of listings never shed. The cuts are real: 49 to 74 percent off, on 2 piece suits, a jacquard pant and a stitched shirt, typical price around Rs 1,850. It reads less like an active outlet section and more like a few items that stayed in that old bucket by accident, but the discount itself is genuine.
Nishat Linen has a large family of distinct Clearance tags, far more structured than most brands, with names like “Clearance-flat-40-2025” and “Bottoms-Clearance-sale-2025” that suggest a real merchandising system behind it. But only 3 tagged products are currently in stock, and none of the 3 is actually marked down right now, Rs 5,990 flat with no was price. The system exists; right now it is empty.
The Clearance Graveyard
Cambridge is the clearest example of a tag outliving its sale. Its product data carries a Clearance tag on 446 separate products, built up across years of past markdowns, Mashriq Clearance Sale, Unstitched Clearance Sale, Winter Clearance and more. Of those 446, exactly 1 is still in stock: a ZENITH unstitched piece at Rs 5,247, 30 percent off its Rs 7,495 was price.
Zeen’s “E-Factory Outlet” is the same story taken further. Its product data has a dedicated product type for it, “E-Factory Outlet”, and the system has produced exactly one product ever: an embroidered suit, and it is not even in stock. The category exists in the data model. It does not currently hold anything.
Factory Outlets We Checked and Could Not Find
Two brands on the “outlet” keyword list turned up nothing at all.
Asim Jofa: we searched its complete 10 October catalogue, every title, product type and tag, for “outlet”, “clearance” or “factory”. Zero hits. Whatever people search for when they type “asim jofa outlet”, the brand is not running one that shows up in its own product data.
Sapphire: unmeasurable, the same limit as every other Sapphire figure on this site. Its product feed returns a redirect instead of data, so we cannot check whether an outlet section exists. If you know of one, the only honest advice is to check the brand’s own site directly.
One more worth naming so the picture is complete: Limelight tags 14 products “clearance sale”, but all 14 also carry its regular “azadi sale 2026” tag. That is not a separate outlet rack, it is the ordinary seasonal sale wearing an extra label. We left it out of the headline count on purpose.
How to Actually Shop Pakistan’s Factory Outlets
- Menswear, check Amir Adnan first. It is the only brand with a real, currently stocked Factory Outlet line, though sizing is thin: most pieces are one size only.
- Accessories, check Ethnic by Outfitters. 24 pieces in stock, genuinely cut 51 to 64 percent, but no clothing.
- Do not trust the word “clearance” on a brand’s own site navigation. It usually points at a collection page built from a tag that was never cleaned up. Check what is actually in stock, not what the menu promises.
- A defect sale is a real outlet, not a lesser one. Amir Adnan’s “Slightly Defected” pieces are the genuine article: factory seconds, sold cheap, which is what a factory outlet has always meant.
- For everyday discounts, use the brand’s regular sale instead. Every brand on this site runs a seasonal sale far bigger than any outlet rack; see the brand guides linked below.
Check today’s real sales, not just the label
18 brands are genuinely on sale today, far beyond what any outlet tag covers.

Do Pakistani clothing brands have online factory outlets?
Barely. We checked the product data of 27 brands for a genuine outlet or clearance line, separate from the regular seasonal sale. Only five brands carry anything still in stock: Amir Adnan, Ethnic by Outfitters, Saya, Cambridge and Nishat Linen, and between them that is 39 pieces total, not a shop’s worth.
Which brand has the best factory outlet right now?
Amir Adnan. Its Factory Outlet line is 5 slightly defected pieces, mostly waistcoats and a sherwani, at a typical Rs 5,600, cut by a typical 80 percent. One sherwani is Rs 36,000 down from Rs 120,000, a saving of Rs 84,000.
Is Ethnic by Outfitters’ clearance section real?
Yes, and it is the only one that is genuinely shoppable at normal prices. All 24 pieces tagged clearance are in stock right now, every one an accessory, jewellery, socks or a belt, cut from 51 to 64 percent, with almost all of them between 57 and 64. Nothing in it is clothing.
Why do most clearance tags show nothing to buy?
Because the tag was never removed after the stock sold out. Cambridge is the extreme case: 446 products carry a Clearance tag in its history, and only 1 is still in stock. The tag describes what the product once was, not what you can buy today.
Does Nishat Linen have a real clearance sale?
It has a large family of Clearance tags (dozens of distinct tag names), but only 3 tagged products are currently in stock, and none of them is actually marked down. The clearance label is there; an active discount is not, at least on 10 October 2026.
Do Sapphire or Asim Jofa run a factory outlet?
We cannot measure Sapphire at all: its product feed redirects instead of returning data, the same limit that affects every other Sapphire figure on this site. Asim Jofa’s full catalogue had zero outlet, clearance or factory hits anywhere, in title, type or tags.

The Bottom Line on Factory Outlets
“Factory outlet” is a search term with almost nothing behind it in Pakistan’s online fashion market. We checked 27 brand catalogues and found 39 pieces total still buyable under an outlet or clearance tag, across five brands, and most of what carries the label is sold out stock the tag was never removed from. The one brand running a genuine, currently stocked factory outlet is Amir Adnan, five defected menswear pieces at a typical 80 percent off. The one genuine clearance rack for accessories is Ethnic by Outfitters. Everything else is either empty or indistinguishable from the regular seasonal sale. Agar asal discount chahiye, brand ki regular sale dekho, outlet tag ka peecha mat karo.
How we checked: we searched the complete product data of 27 brand catalogues, read on 9 and 10 October 2026 (research/raw-2026-10-09/ and raw-2026-10-10/), for the words outlet, clearance and factory in each product’s title, product type and tags. A piece counts only when it is in stock, carries a price, is not a kids’ item, and does not carry a hide-price or hide-atc tag (products a brand lists but will not sell online, excluded from every count on this site). A discount counts only where the previous price is genuinely higher than the current price. No store was fetched for this guide: Shopify has rate limited this PC’s outbound requests since 26 October 2026, so every figure here comes from catalogues already read for other guides. Sapphire’s product feed could not be read at all. Prices and stock move, so check the brand’s own page before you buy.
