Brand Stores in Pakistan: Retail vs Factory Outlet

A genuine factory outlet sells surplus stock or seconds directly from the manufacturer, usually at the factory gates and at a steep discount. That model exists in clothing-manufacturing countries where brands run outlet villages or warehouse sales. Pakistani fashion brands have not adopted it in any systematic way.

What the brands do have are regular retail stores. These carry the current season’s collection at full price, plus whatever end-of-season sale rails the brand is running at the time. The word “outlet” is sometimes used loosely to mean any brand-owned store, which is why searches for “factory outlets in Pakistan” mostly return regular shopping mall locations.

For online clearance, the picture is equally thin. When we checked 27 brand catalogues for genuine outlet or clearance rails, only five brands had any marked-down stock at all, and the total came to 39 pieces. That analysis is in our factory outlets online guide.

This article maps the brand stores in Pakistan city by city, so you know which brands are within reach before you travel. Of the four brands checked, only Sapphire published a complete, verified store list that we could confirm directly from their official website on 1 November 2026.

Sapphire: 48 Stores Across 22 Cities

Sapphire is the only major fashion brand whose complete store locator we could verify directly from the official website on 1 November 2026. The list below comes from pk.sapphireonline.pk/stores and covers every location as it appears on that page. For the current list and any new openings, the live page is at pk.sapphireonline.pk/stores.

Seven cities account for 33 of Sapphire’s 48 locations. The remaining 15 cities each have one store.

The fifteen single-store cities include Jhang, Mandi Bahauddin, Mirpur in AJK, and Sahiwal. That is a wider footprint than most Pakistani fashion brands publish publicly, which is why Sapphire’s data appears in detail here while others are noted in summary only.

Sapphire’s online shop is at sapphireonline.pk. We could not measure its online clearance section because the product feed redirects (301) rather than returning prices.

Khaadi Store Coverage

Khaadi’s store locator was not accessible on 1 November 2026 (the URL returns a 404). Secondary sources, including a Wikipedia entry and trade press, put the Pakistan count at roughly 60 stores across 30 cities. That figure has appeared consistently for the past two years but we could not verify it from the brand’s own website on this date.

For current addresses, use the store finder at khaadi.com and select Pakistan. Khaadi’s coverage at the city level is likely similar to Sapphire’s, covering the major cities plus secondary Punjab cities.

Gul Ahmed / Ideas Stores

Gul Ahmed’s retail chain trades as Ideas by Gul Ahmed. A Gulf News feature from 2025 reported more than 100 stores across Pakistan, making it the largest physical retail network among the major fashion brands. An older Marketline report cited 40 locations, probably covering an earlier period or a narrower definition of the chain.

The flagship Ideas store in Pakistan is at Dolmen Mall Clifton, Karachi, which Geo News reported as the largest when it opened in January 2025. Ideas operates in both major cities and secondary markets.

Gul Ahmed’s store locator sits on gulahmedshop.com. The server returned a 429 (rate limited) when we checked on 1 November 2026, so we cannot give a city list from their official page. Use gulahmedshop.com for current addresses.

Nishat Linen Stores

Nishat Linen is a brand under Nishat Mills Limited and is separate from The Linen Company, which belongs to a different group (Nishat Chunian). The two share a group name but are run independently.

Secondary sources from the mid-2020s put Nishat Linen’s Pakistan retail footprint at more than 50 cities. Karachi and Lahore account for roughly 30 percent of sales each according to an industry interview, with Islamabad and Hyderabad also ranking as major markets. Smaller cities including Lalamusa, Bhurewala, Rahim Yar Khan, and Jhelum have been mentioned in older coverage.

Nishat Linen’s official website is nishat.net. The store locator page returned a 500 error on 1 November 2026. For current addresses, contact the brand through nishat.net or check their official social media pages.

Finding Discounts in Physical Stores

Retail sale rails in physical stores are the main way Pakistani brands offer in-person discounts. These are not factory outlet prices: the cuts typically match what the brand is running online at the same time, usually 20 to 50 percent on end-of-season lines.

Which Major Brands Are in Each City

Khaadi and Nishat Linen both report large secondary-city footprints in older coverage, so “unknown” in the table above does not mean absent. It means we could not confirm from an official source on 1 November 2026.

Among all the brand stores in Pakistan, Sapphire is the most transparent about its physical locations: their store locator page lists complete addresses, postcodes and nearest landmarks. Khaadi’s official Pakistan site did not return a store page during our check. Gul Ahmed’s server was rate-limiting at the time. Nishat Linen’s locator returned a server error.
