Khaadi Sale 2026: What We Could Verify, and What Khaadi Does Not Publish

I have measured 19 Pakistani brand sales item by item this month. The Khaadi sale is the one I could not measure, and I want to be straight with you about why before anything else.

What I can give you is what I genuinely verified: real price points from the live sale page, how Khaadi sits against 19 brands I did measure, and what to check before you buy. Jo pata hai wohi bataungi.

Real Khaadi Sale Prices We Sampled

We pulled every price shown on the Khaadi sale page. Forty eight price points, and here is the honest spread:

Common price points we saw repeatedly: Rs 2,000, Rs 2,150, Rs 2,250, Rs 2,400, Rs 2,750, Rs 3,000, Rs 3,500, Rs 4,000, Rs 4,500, Rs 5,000, Rs 6,000. Round numbers like these usually mean deliberate price tiers rather than percentage markdowns off individual items.

Khaadi Winter Sale: What We Can Count and What We Cannot

Every September people start searching for a Khaadi winter sale, and here the same wall comes up that runs through this whole guide. Khaadi’s store runs on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, not Shopify, so it publishes no machine readable product feed. When we crawled 19 Pakistani brands on 17 September 2026 we counted every khaddar, karandi and velvet piece those stores held. For Khaadi we could count none. Koi feed nahi, koi ginti nahi.

Of 28,039 adult garments in stock across those 19 brands, 1,812 were winter fabric, about one piece in fifteen. Gul Ahmed alone held 208 at a typical Rs 5,994, with 101 already discounted. A custom size surcharge is never counted as a discount.

Khaadi Winter Collection: What Cannot Be Counted From Outside

The Khaadi winter collection is the one rail on this page I can describe but never count, and I would rather say so than make a number up. With no product feed there is no honest way to tell you how many khaddar, karandi, velvet, pashmina or wool pieces Khaadi holds, what they typically cost, or how many already carry a cut. Anybody quoting those figures has not counted them.

For scale, here is what the same 17 September crawl found at brands that do publish those five fabrics. Limelight held 901 pieces, Edenrobe 186 and Alkaram Studio only 11, so mid September is early season even where the cloth can be counted. Khaadi’s own sale page, sampled on 25 August 2026, ran from Rs 2,000 to Rs 8,000 with a median of Rs 3,500, which is the band to expect, with no before price printed beside it.

Two dated things we did read. Khaadi’s site said on 17 September 2026 that its sale starts on 19 September at up to 40 percent off, which is the brand’s claim and not our measurement, and its sitemap listed about 60 sale URLs on 19 September. Baqi sab andaza hai, aur andaze hum nahi likhte.

Khaadi Unstitched: The Rail With No Before Price

Khaadi unstitched is where the wall hurts most. With no feed, nobody outside the company can say how many unstitched pieces are in stock, what they typically cost, or how many carry a real cut. Ginti ho hi nahi sakti.

What we can say is what the sale hub shows. Its sitemap split those 60 sale URLs into flat 20 through flat 70 pages plus a further reductions page, with unstitched inside the same structure and no before price attached. The returns position above applies here too.

And the shelf price is never the final one. Only two Pakistani brands publish a stitching charge, Charizma from Rs 3,060 to Rs 7,650 and Cross Stitch at Rs 4,500, which is ten listings at two brands. How the Khaadi Sale Compares to Brands We Could Measure

Khaadi and Sapphire prices are sampled from their live sale pages. All other figures are category averages calculated from full product feeds, 19 to 25 August 2026.

The useful takeaway: Khaadi’s sale prices sit in the middle of the Pakistani market, level with Sapphire and Nishat Linen. You are not paying a premium for the name, and not getting the cheapest lawn either. Beech mein hai, theek hai.

What Nobody Can Verify About the Khaadi Sale

If you search for Khaadi discount percentages you will find plenty of confident numbers. Ask yourself where they came from, because Khaadi does not publish the before price on its pages.

This matters because the Competition Commission of Pakistan issued notices to 20 brands over discount advertising during End of Season Sales, comparing unspecified “up to” offers to bait and switch advertising. Its guidance was that brands should disclose actual and discounted prices clearly.

Khaadi has had public trouble on this point before, when a customer posted about double price tags. We have not independently verified that episode.

The Khaadi Returns Question

We tried to read Khaadi’s Pakistan returns policy on 25 August 2026 and the page returned a server error, so we cannot tell you its current terms with confidence.

Khaadi’s separate global returns policy gives 14 days, states that sale items are non refundable but may be picked up once with a voucher if returned within 7 days, and says exchanges are not applicable. That policy is labelled for the global market, not Pakistan, and the two commonly differ, so ask customer service what applies to your order. Here is how every brand we could verify compares:

Every entry read directly from the brand’s own published returns or exchange policy on 20 August 2026, and re-read for 15 of the brands on 27 August 2026. Where a policy does not mention sale items at all, the table says so rather than assuming they are covered. Policies change, so check the brand site before you pay.

Khaadi Online Shopping: Where to Buy, and What Cannot Be Counted

Khaadi online shopping in Pakistan happens on pk.khaadi.com. khaadi.com is only a country picker that forwards you to the Pakistan, UAE, UK, US or global store, and each carries its own prices, stock and policy. Land on the wrong one and you are shopping a different shop entirely.

The Pakistan sale hub sits under /sale/. Because Khaadi publishes no product feed, nobody outside the company can count how many pieces are listed against how many are still orderable, or confirm that a size shown as available really is.

Returns are the same story. Khaadi is missing from the returns table above because its Pakistan policy page was erroring and the policy we could read is labelled for other markets. How to Shop the Khaadi Sale

1. Screenshot prices before the sale window. With no before price published, your own record is the only check.
2. Judge by the final price. At a median of Rs 3,500, compare against Nishat at Rs 3,557 and Gul Ahmed SALT at Rs 2,227.
3. Ask about returns before paying, since the policy page was down when we checked.
4. Use the store network. With 60 plus stores, trying before buying is realistic here.

The Bottom Line on the Khaadi Sale

The Khaadi sale puts most of its stock between Rs 2,000 and Rs 8,000 with a median around Rs 3,500, which is competitive mid market pricing and almost exactly level with Sapphire.

What nobody outside Khaadi can tell you is how deep the discount actually is, because no before prices are published, and the returns page was down when we checked. Neither is a reason to avoid Khaadi, but both are reasons to screenshot prices early and ask about returns before you pay. Buy it because you like the print and the price suits you, not because a banner claimed a number nobody can check. Bas dhyan rakhna.
