Every lawn sale Pakistan guide you have read was written by someone looking at the same banners you can see yourself. This one is different, and I want to explain how before you read a single number.
I downloaded the live product data from 19 Pakistani clothing brands and counted every discounted item on every site, paging each sale right to the end. 22,131 items. Not banner claims. The actual before and after prices sitting inside each brand’s own system.
What came out is a ranking nobody else has, and some of it is uncomfortable for brands you probably love. Chalo, sach dekhte hain.

Measured from each brand’s own live product data across 22,131 discounted items on 27 August 2026. “Typical discount” is the median, so half of that sale is worse than the number shown. Prices move during a sale.
The Competition Commission of Pakistan has compared unspecified “up to” offers to bait and switch advertising, and this table is what that looks like in practice. Read the typical discount column, not the deepest cut column. The deepest cut is one item. The typical discount is what you will actually be offered. Beechtree reaches 84 percent on a single suit while its typical shopper gets 40 percent. Yeh farq bohat bara hai.
The Lawn Sale Pakistan Number Nobody Publishes: What You Actually Pay
Here is the thing that took me longest to understand, and it changed how I shop completely. The discount percentage is almost useless on its own. What matters is the rupees that leave your account.

Now look at what that table does to the rankings. Elan and Bachaa Party have almost the same typical discount, 25 percent against 30 percent. But the typical Elan shopper pays Rs 14,213 and the typical Bachaa Party shopper pays Rs 1,121. Same percentage, twelve times the money.
And this is why Limelight keeps appearing on best value lists despite one of the shallowest discounts in the country. Its typical cut is only 31 percent, but the typical item lands at Rs 2,799. A 50 percent discount at a dearer brand often still costs you more. Percentage dekh kar mat khareedo, rupee dekho.
Which Lawn Sale Pakistan Brands Actually Mean It

These six are the only brands where the middle of the sale is at half price or better.
Ethnic by Outfitters wins the lawn sale Pakistan depth contest with a typical 60 percent cut, but read the item count before you get excited: 36 items. That is a rail, not a sale. Still, if your size is there, it is the best value in the country right now.
Minnie Minors wins on scale. Its 1,517 sale items sit at a flat 50 percent, with the deepest cut also 50 percent. No hunting, no hidden shallow tier, no disappointment. Everything is half price and that is the whole story.
Almirah runs the most honest lawn sale Pakistan has. All 230 items at exactly 50 percent, top and bottom, no exceptions. Its formal 3 piece stitched line saves you Rs 15,359 per suit, the biggest single rupee saving I measured anywhere.
Sana Safinaz is the lawn sale Pakistan pick if you want depth and choice. Its live sale page proves it. 941 items with a typical 50 percent cut, and the stitched line alone runs to 675 items at 50 percent off, saving Rs 6,597 a piece.
The Lawn Sale Pakistan Brands Hiding Behind “Up To”
The gap between the headline and the reality

The tall bar is the poster. The short bar underneath it is your actual shopping trip.
None of these lawn sale Pakistan brands are lying. Somewhere in that sale, one item really is 84 percent off. But a sale is not one item, it is thousands, and the middle of the sale is the honest description of it.
Elan and Baroque sit at the bottom of the table on a typical 25 percent cut. Baroque at least starts cheaper. Elan is the most expensive brand in this entire study, where the cheapest item in the whole sale still costs Rs 7,475 and the typical one is Rs 14,213 after the discount. Soch samajh kar.
We Measured the Same Lawn Sale Pakistan Twice. Here Is What Moved
This is the part no other guide can give you, because it needs the same sales measured on two different days. I did the first pass on 19 to 24 August and a second full pass on 27 August. Fifteen of the 19 brands did not move their typical discount at all. Four did:

The same 19 sales measured twice, on 19 to 24 August 2026 and again on 27 August 2026. The other 15 brands did not move their typical discount at all between the two passes.
Read that table carefully, because it answers the question every lawn sale Pakistan shopper asks: should I wait for a deeper cut?
The honest answer is mostly no. Fifteen brands stood completely still. Beechtree did get better, moving from a typical 30 percent to 40 percent and adding items. But Elan went the other way and shrank from 264 items to 55, so anyone waiting there lost their size rather than gaining a discount.
That is the real risk of waiting. You are not usually waiting for a better price. You are waiting while your size disappears. Intezaar mein size khatam ho jata hai.

Every lawn sale Pakistan guide tells you unstitched is cheaper. In a sale, that is often false, and the data proves it brand by brand.

And here is the bit the unstitched fans forget. An unstitched suit is not finished, and nobody publishes what a darzi charges. So use the gap instead: stitched Sana Safinaz at Rs 7,206 sits Rs 6,193 below unstitched at Rs 13,399, and Asim Jofa stitched is Rs 1,713 cheaper before a single stitch. Then add two weeks of waiting and the risk of a bad fit.

I read all 19 returns policies in full, not the summaries. If you buy in any lawn sale Pakistan runs, this decides whether a mistake costs you money. It is the single most important table in this guide:

Every entry read directly from the brand’s own published returns or exchange policy on 20 August 2026, and re-read for 15 of the brands on 27 August 2026. Where a policy does not mention sale items at all, the table says so rather than assuming they are covered. Policies change, so check the brand site before you pay.
The lawn sale Pakistan pattern is brutal and consistent. Sale means final at almost every Pakistani brand. Only Gul Ahmed does not name sale items in its exclusion list, and only Ethnic by Outfitters explicitly still allows a size exchange on discounted stock.
So the order of operations matters more than the discount. Naap pehle, discount baad mein. Measure first, then shop.
How to Shop Any Lawn Sale Pakistan Brand Runs
- Check the typical lawn sale Pakistan cut, not the banner. Use the first table on this page. If the brand’s median is 30 percent, that is your realistic expectation regardless of what the poster says.
- Convert the percentage into rupees before you decide. Forty percent off a Rs 20,000 suit still costs Rs 12,000. Fifty percent off a Rs 4,000 suit costs Rs 2,000. Rupees, not percentages.
- Filter to the deepest band the brand offers and ignore everything else. At most brands that is where a fifth of the sale sits.
- Measure yourself properly first. Sale items cannot be returned at 17 of 19 brands, so a wrong size is money gone.
- Add tailoring to any unstitched price before you compare it with a stitched one. Nobody publishes a darzi’s rate, so ask yours. Cross Stitch charges Rs 4,500.
- Do not wait for a deeper cut. Fifteen of 19 brands did not move between our two measurement passes, and the one that changed most, Elan, shrank by 80 percent.
- Screenshot the product page. Price, size chart and policy. If the delivered item does not match, that screenshot is your only evidence.
- Check the shipping cost before you celebrate. Rs 199 to Rs 250 at most brands wipes out the saving on a cheap item.

End of season in July and August, and again in January and February, are the two deepest windows. Blessed Friday in late November historically brings the biggest single cuts of the year. Pre Eid periods are launch seasons rather than clearance, so discounts are shallower.

Almost never. Of 19 brand policies we read in full, only Gul Ahmed does not name sale items in its exclusion list, and only Ethnic by Outfitters still allows a size exchange on discounted stock. Everyone else excludes sale purchases outright.

It means at least one item carries that discount. In our measurement, brands advertising up to 50 percent had typical discounts ranging from 25 percent to 60 percent depending on the brand. The Competition Commission of Pakistan has compared such unspecified offers to bait and switch advertising.
Do Pakistani brands raise prices before a sale?
We cannot prove intent, but we can show the gap. Compare the deepest cut column against the typical discount column in our table. Beechtree reaches 84 percent on one item while its typical shopper gets 40 percent. That 44 point gap is the marketing, not the sale.
