Khaadi Review 2026: Five Stores, One Name, and What Can Actually Be Checked
My phupho bought three lawn suits in a Khaadi sale and told the khandaan she got them half price. Half of what, I asked. Chup. Nobody wrote the old price down, and neither did Khaadi.
So this khaadi review is built the only honest way: what can be checked from outside, and what cannot.

Eight review shaped Khaadi queries sit in that file and seven record no volume. Nobody asks if it is worth the money, yaar. They ask where the sale is.
One thing the volumes hide. On Google Trends in Pakistan, “khaadi sale” averaged 11.1 over 52 weeks against 27.9 across five years, while “sapphire sale” climbed. Bas, this khaadi review covers a giant that is no longer the sale everyone waits for.
What This Khaadi Review Cannot Verify, and Why
Pehle yeh. On 17 September 2026 we read the catalogues of 19 Pakistani brands, 124,655 records. Khaadi was not one: pk.khaadi.com runs on Salesforce Commerce Cloud and publishes no readable feed. Koi feed nahi to koi ginti nahi.

Five Khaadi Stores Share One Name, and Only One Is Yours
Typing khaadi.com is not shopping. It is a country picker, and on 19 September 2026 it linked to five stores. Har store ki apni keemat, apni policy.

Why that matters more here than at most brands: only 57.5 percent of khaadi.com’s organic traffic was Pakistani in August 2026, against 23.4 percent from Britain, on Ahrefs figures. Half the Khaadi posts you scroll past price another shop.

Yours is pk.khaadi.com. Ahrefs also lists khaddi.pk chasing the same searches. We have not opened or tested it and accuse nobody. Bas itna: two Ds instead of two As is what a tired thumb misses.
Khaadi Review: What It Costs, As Far As Anyone Can Tell
One slow method is left. We read the live sale page by hand on 25 August 2026: 48 prices, Rs 2,000 to Rs 8,000, median Rs 3,500, average Rs 3,845. Workings in our Khaadi sale guide.
Ruko! Yeh sample hai, poora store nahi
That is one page on one morning, not a catalogue and not a season. Rs 3,500 is the middle of that rail, nothing more.
One detail beats the median. Prices repeated: Rs 2,000, Rs 2,750, Rs 3,500, Rs 4,500, Rs 6,000. Round numbers are tiers, not markdowns. Matlab the piece moved shelf, nothing was cut by a percentage.
And the hole my phupho fell into: the pages we read carried only the current price, nothing struck through. At the 18 brands we can read we measured real cuts on tens of thousands of pieces. Yahan sifar.

Your screenshot is the only before price, so photograph what you want two weeks early. The Competition Commission of Pakistan keeps pressing brands to publish real prices. Tab tak, screenshot hi sabot.
The Sale Machinery: Sixty URLs and One Public Promise
Here Khaadi is the opposite of secretive. Its sitemap on 19 September 2026 listed about 60 URLs under /sale/: flat 20 to flat 70, just in 20 to just in 70, further reductions, restock and an all under Rs 2,500 page. Tiers, not item cuts.
The hub was still titled “Khaadi Summer Sale Pakistan | upto 40% Off” in mid September, so titles outlive events. Its FAQ block says “Khaadi’s sale lasts as long as stock is available”, the brand’s wording.
Then the thing no other big brand does. Khaadi’s site said on 17 September 2026: “Our sale starts from 19th September at up to 40% off.” Chalo, a date and a ceiling in public beats silence.
Ruko! “Up to” ka matlab samajh lo
That 40 percent is Khaadi’s claim, not our measurement, and no before prices appeared on the pages we read. It is the deepest cut somewhere in the store, not the one on your shirt.
Dawn Images and The Express Tribune have both published pieces questioning how Khaadi labelled sale discounts. We verified neither and assert nothing. Our fake sale discounts guide explains why an uncheckable percentage is worth nothing.
What Our Tracker Can Honestly See at Khaadi
We track 21 brands on a fifteen minute cycle in batches of six, so each is read roughly once an hour. For Khaadi the tracker asks the sale page for up to 200 tiles and counts the reduced prices. Do sau tiles poora store nahi hai.
That settles one question: is a Khaadi sale running. Not how big, not what is left in your size. And our daily sale status record began only on 24 September 2026, so this khaadi review draws no trend line from three days.
Khaadi Review: The Returns Page That Would Not Load
The weakest spot in the brand. Khaadi’s Pakistan returns page returned a server error on 25 August 2026, so its window and refund form are unverified. Unverified matlab unverified.

Every entry read directly from the brand’s own published returns or exchange policy on 20 August 2026, and re-read for 15 of the brands on 27 August 2026. Where a policy does not mention sale items at all, the table says so rather than assuming they are covered. Policies change, so check the brand site before you pay.
Khaadi is absent for the reason above. Gul Ahmed does not shut sale buyers out; Sapphire gives 30 days then excludes sale stock.

Anyone who may need to send something back. The Pakistan returns page would not load, and the policy we could read covers another market.
Anyone chasing the deepest cut. Alkaram Studio had 86 percent of its range reduced at a typical 45 percent, Nishat Linen 50. Both counted. Khaadi’s 40 percent is announced. Ginti aur elaan, dono alag hain.
