Saya Sale 2026: 1,926 Items Cut, and the 11.11 Page Is Recycled

The Saya sale is one of the biggest we have counted, 1,926 discounted women’s pieces at a typical 33 percent off. It also runs an 11.11 page that has been live since November 2022 and holds the same 29 recycled pieces as its Blessed Friday page.

We read 5,000 Saya listings straight from the store’s own product data on 26 September 2026. Chalo, pehle sale, phir woh 11.11 wala kissa.

Saya Sale 2026: What Is Actually Live

On 26 September 2026 we counted 2,342 women’s garments in stock at Saya, and 1,926 of them were genuinely discounted. That is 82 percent of the rail. Buying the lot would take Rs 3,601,641 off the original tickets.

The typical women’s piece costs Rs 2,699 and the typical discounted piece lands at Rs 2,299. The cheapest garment in stock is Rs 449 and the dearest is Rs 14,999, so this is a high volume, low price catalogue rather than a luxury one.

One honest limit before anything else. Saya’s product feed lists newest first and our read stopped at 5,000 records, which covers everything published from 14 February 2026 onward. Anything older than that is not in our figures. Every number on this page describes those 5,000 listings, not the entire history of the shop.

How the Saya Sale Splits

Half the sale sits at 30 percent or less. The 216 items beating 60 percent are where the value is.

Almost half the Saya sale is at 30 percent or less, which is the band most shoppers should skip. At the other end, 216 items beat 60 percent off, and the deepest is an 87 percent cut on a stitched cotton jacquard luxury pret suit, down from Rs 14,999 to Rs 2,000.

That same suit is the biggest rupee saving in the sale at Rs 12,999 off. The pattern behind the deepest cuts is consistent and useful: all five of them are stitched luxury pret, the dearest thing Saya makes. Mehngi cheez par hi sab se bara cut milta hai.

A note on what we did not count. 416 women’s pieces carry a was price identical to the selling price, which is 18 percent of the rail. Those are not discounts and we have treated them as full price throughout. Our fake sale discounts guide explains why that field needs checking.

The Saya 11.11 Page That Has Been Running Since 2022

Search for a Saya sale and you will find a page called 11.11 SALE. It looks like a live event. It is not.

Saya’s own collection list, read on 26 September 2026. Every one of these campaign pages has been live continuously since 2022 or 2023.

We went further and pulled the actual products behind them. The 11.11 page returns 29 products publicly, and the Blessed Friday page returns the same 29 product IDs. Not similar ones. The same ones, all 29 of 29.

Then we checked how old those 29 pieces are, using the date each product was first created rather than the date it was last published:

• 3 pieces created in 2022, the oldest on 8 October 2022
• 16 pieces created in 2023
• 6 pieces created in 2024
• 1 piece created in 2025, and none at all in 2026

They still carry their original tags: “Sale 2023 | Ready to Wear”, “On Sale 2024” and “Clearance Sale 2023”. And 24 of the 29 had their published date reset in January and February 2026, which makes old stock look new to anything that reads that field alone.

To be fair to Saya, the 29 pieces are all still orderable and priced between Rs 1,199 and about Rs 3,000, so nobody is being sold a phantom. The problem is the label. Saya Sale Prices, Shelf by Shelf

Saya files its own shelves in the vendor field, which is what this table follows. In stock only, 26 September 2026.

The women’s stitched rail is the one to open first. 914 pieces, a typical price of Rs 1,850, 88 percent of it discounted, at a typical 50 percent off. Nothing else in the shop combines that volume, that price and that depth.

The unstitched rails are the opposite. Women’s unstitched is the dearest women’s shelf at Rs 2,999 and gets the shallowest cut at 23 percent. That is unusual, and it leads straight to the most useful thing in this guide.

The Rs 132 That Should Change How You Shop Saya

At most Pakistani brands, cloth is far cheaper than a finished suit and the gap pays your tailor. At Saya it does not.

Women and men in stock, 26 September 2026. Saya’s own vendor field gives almost the same answer, a gap of Rs 181.

A finished Saya suit costs Rs 132 more than the cloth to make one. Then you still have to pay a tailor. The only stitching rates any Pakistani brand publishes are Cross Stitch at Rs 4,500 and Charizma’s nine tiers from Rs 3,060 to Rs 7,650, and nobody publishes what a neighbourhood darzi charges.

On any of those numbers the sum is not close. Buy the cloth and you are looking at roughly Rs 5,700 to Rs 10,300 finished, against Rs 2,831 for the suit already sewn. Unless you need a fit the rail cannot give you, buy ready to wear at Saya. Yahan darzi ka hisaab kaam nahi karta.

Saya Sale Prices by Fabric

Women in stock, groups of 20 or more only, 26 September 2026. A piece can name more than one fabric.

Lawn is the shop at 1,127 pieces, and at Rs 2,299 it is the cheapest big fabric. Khaddar is the exception worth watching. Only 36 percent of it is discounted, the lowest share of any fabric here, but the cuts that do land are the deepest at 53 percent. Winter cloth is being held back, not cleared. What Is Already Gone From the Saya Sale

Two thirds of the rail is intact, which is better than most sales we measure. 1,457 of 2,341 sized women’s pieces still have every size available, and 884 are missing at least one.

The gaps are not evenly spread. Extra small is still orderable on 49 percent of sized pieces, small on 47 percent and medium on 45 percent, but extra large only on 31 percent. If you wear XL, this sale has been picked over twice as hard for you as for someone wearing XS.

There is also a quieter figure. 627 women’s pieces, 27 percent of the rail, are sold as a single variant with no size to choose at all. Most of those are unstitched cloth, where size does not apply, but check before you assume a piece will fit.

And 1,680 adult garments in the catalogue are completely sold out, which is 40 percent of everything Saya published since February. Sale stock here moves fast.

Saya Against the Rest of the Market

Women’s garments in stock, same rule for every brand. Rivals read 17 September 2026, Saya on 26 September 2026.

Saya is the second cheapest brand we can measure in Pakistan, 42 percent below the market middle and Rs 200 above Limelight. It also discounts more of its rail than either Limelight or Gul Ahmed.

Two caveats we would rather state than bury. The rival brands were read nine days before Saya, and Khaadi and Sapphire are missing entirely because neither publishes a readable product file, so nobody outside those companies can count their rails. On demand we can only be partial. Our Pakistani keyword file holds no Saya row, so we have no monthly search volume and will not invent one. What we do have is Google Trends for Pakistan over twelve months, where “saya sale” scores 46 against “khaadi sale” at 24, on a scale where “sapphire sale” is 100. That is relative interest, not a volume, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

The Saya Sale Returns Problem: No Refunds at All

Read that second line twice, because it means buying the week before a sale can quietly cost you the difference. Beechtree has the same clause and it is one of the meanest terms in Pakistani retail.

The rest of the terms are strict but clearly written. You get one exchange per bill, within 15 days of delivery, regardless of how many items you bought. Anything marked Final Sale is excluded from refunds and exchanges entirely. Tailored or customised pieces cannot be returned. And if the reason is a change of mind or a size you picked wrongly, you pay the return shipping.

Delivery is charged by order value: Rs 300 up to Rs 4,000, Rs 375 to Rs 7,500, Rs 450 to Rs 12,000, Rs 500 to Rs 50,000 and Rs 650 above. Saya quotes 3 to 4 business days. One oddity: the same page still carries an older paragraph quoting Rs 250 on orders up to Rs 4,000, which contradicts its own table, so watch the figure at checkout rather than trusting either.

How to Shop the Saya Sale

1. Start on the women’s stitched rail. 914 pieces, typical Rs 1,850, 88 percent of it cut by half.
2. Skip the unstitched shelves. Cloth is only Rs 132 cheaper than a finished suit and gets the shallowest cuts.
3. Filter past 30 percent. Half the sale sits at or below that, and 216 items beat 60 percent.
4. Buy XL on sight. It survives on only 31 percent of sized pieces against 49 percent for XS.
5. Ignore the 11.11 and Blessed Friday pages. They hold the same 29 pieces, most created in 2023.
6. Do not buy just before a sale. The policy revalues a later exchange at the sale price.
7. Group your order. Delivery is charged in bands from Rs 300 to Rs 650.
