Shawl Pakistan 2026: 320 Pieces Priced, and Where the Pashminas Really Are

Winter mornings hit you like this: the sun is still asleep, your bathroom tiles are ice, and every sweater you own is in the wash. Then you spot your nani’s old shawl on the chair. You wrap it around your shoulders, and suddenly chai tastes better. Yaar, a good shawl changes everything.

So I counted. On 9 and 10 October 2026 I read the full online catalogues of 24 Pakistani stores and pulled out every women’s shawl and stole you can still order: 320 pieces at 18 brands. This is the honest shawl Pakistan guide: what pashminas really cost, where the velvet ones hide, and which sales are worth your time.

Shawl Pakistan: Who Actually Sells Them

First surprise: six of the 24 brands had no women’s shawls at all. Agha Noor, Beechtree, Elan, Maria B, Outfitters and Sana Safinaz listed zero. And one brand owns the shelf: Limelight had 107 of the 320 pieces, a third of the whole market.

Across all 309 priced pieces the typical shawl Pakistan price was Rs 2,990, and half sat between Rs 1,890 and Rs 10,000. Gulaal is the wild card: its 12 pieces go from Rs 80,000 to Rs 121,000, sirf bridal investment territory.

The price spread is bohat wide. Limelight’s cheapest shawl costs Rs 1,099, Gulaal’s dearest costs Rs 121,000. That is a 110x gap. So “what does a shawl cost” depends entirely on what fabric and finish you want.

Shawl Pakistan: Pashmina, the Premium Pick

Pashmina is the search term everyone types in sardi. I counted every shawl named pashmina, and found 58 pieces at four brands:

Edenrobe is the pashmina shelf leader. Its 25 pieces are Pashmina Jacquard Zari Shawls, all at 17 percent off, with most priced at Rs 10,000 on sale. Saya is the budget option at Rs 2,999 typical, and Gul Ahmed’s are the priciest at Rs 16,490 typical, full price. J. Junaid Jamshed has just three pieces, all on sale at half off.

If you came here searching for a pashmina shawl, abhi your best value is Edenrobe on sale or Saya at full price. Gul Ahmed’s pashminas look premium, but you pay premium.

Shawl Pakistan: Velvet Shawls for Winter

Velvet is the winter luxe pick. I found 26 velvet shawls at four brands, at a typical price of Rs 19,950, none on sale:

Baroque dominates velvet. Its 20 embroidered velvet shawls run Rs 19,950 to Rs 22,950, zero on sale. These are wedding season pieces, the kind you drape over a bridal outfit. Zeen has three at Rs 13,490, and Bonanza Satrangi has one at Rs 10,990. Bas, that is it. Velvet shawls are few and pricey.

Shawl Pakistan: Jacquard and Embroidered Styles

Between pashmina and velvet sits jacquard: 33 jacquard shawls at four brands, typical Rs 10,000. 30 of them were on sale, mostly Edenrobe’s pashmina jacquards:

Embroidered is the biggest named category. 74 shawls say embroidered, at a typical Rs 15,000, with most at Baroque and Nishat Linen. Only 10 of them were on sale. These are the formal pieces, the ones you pair with a fancy kurti or wedding outfit.

Printed shawls are the everyday option: 18 pieces at Rs 2,999 typical, mostly at Saya. Dono work for daily sardi beats, but printed will cost you less.

Shawl Pakistan Prices: Bands for Every Budget

The sweet spot is Rs 1,500 to Rs 2,999, with nearly four in ten shawls. Half of those are Limelight’s. Above Rs 10,000 it is Edenrobe’s pashminas, Baroque’s velvets, and Gulaal’s bridal investments.

Shawl Pakistan Sale: What Is Really Discounted

On the day, 141 of 309 priced shawls were on sale, 45.6 percent, at a typical cut of 30 percent and a typical sale price of Rs 2,190. Here is where the discounts sit:

Now check when each shawl was added. Of 152 priced shawls added since mid July 2026, only 59 were on sale (38.8 percent). Of 157 older pieces, 82 were on sale (52.2 percent). So the sale rack is older stock, and new arrivals are mostly full price.

Shawl Pakistan: Where Are the Kashmiri Shawls?

This is the section I did not expect to write. Not one of the 320 shawls I read was named Kashmiri or Kashmir. Zero. The search term “kashmiri shawl” is bohat popular in Pakistan, but these 24 online stores did not stock anything labelled that way.

Why? A few reasons. First, “Kashmiri” is often used for a weave or embroidery style, not a product category, so brands may file those under “embroidered” or “shawl” without the regional name. Second, specialist Kashmiri shawl sellers may not use Shopify feeds. Third, the real deal from Kashmir can cost lakhs, so mass market brands might not carry it.

If you want a Kashmiri shawl specifically, you may need to visit a local market in Lahore, Karachi or Peshawar, or look for specialist sellers who do not appear in these feeds. Yaar, this one I could not find online.

How to Shop a Shawl in Pakistan

1. Decide your budget first. Under Rs 3,000: Limelight, Ethnic or Saya. Rs 3,000 to 10,000: Edenrobe pashminas or Zellbury. Above Rs 10,000: Baroque velvet, Nishat Linen or Gul Ahmed.
2. For pashmina, check Edenrobe (25 pieces at Rs 10,000 typical on sale) or Saya (Rs 2,999).
3. For velvet, Baroque is almost the only option, at Rs 19,950 to Rs 22,950.
4. For everyday thand, Limelight‘s woolen shawls start at Rs 1,099 on sale.
5. For sale hunting, Ethnic has everything at 51 percent off, typical Rs 2,190.
6. Check the fabric. A shawl named just “shawl” tells you nothing. Open the product page and read the description.

Returns on Shawls

The strict part. Nishat Linen says: “Accessories and discounted (sale) Items cannot be exchanged or returned.” That includes shawls, even at full price. Limelight, Alkaram Studio and Zeen exclude sale items. Gul Ahmed is the friendly one: 30 day exchange, sale items not excluded, but no cash refund. Baroque charges Rs 500 return postage on top of what you pay to send it.

Every entry read directly from the brand’s own published returns or exchange policy on 20 August 2026, and re-read for 15 of the brands on 27 August 2026. Where a policy does not mention sale items at all, the table says so rather than assuming they are covered. Policies change, so check the brand site before you pay.
