Measured across 24 stores and 6,245 women’s 2 piece suits you can order, read on 9 and 10 October 2026

My darzi has a waiting list longer than a bank queue on salary day, so in this hypothetical autumn I made a serious decision: no more dupattas I never wear. Two pieces only. Abbu, who counts rupees the way other men count cricket scores, had one question. “Is it actually cheaper, beta, or just less cloth?” Fair, yaar.

So we checked. The 2 piece suit price in Pakistan is Rs 4,335 for a typical suit, and half cost between Rs 3,255 and Rs 6,499. We read 24 stores’ catalogues on 9 and 10 October 2026 and found 6,245 women’s 2 piece suits you can still order, at 21 brands. Chalo, hisaab shuru.

5,887 priced women’s 2 piece suits still orderable at 20 brands, 9 and 10 October 2026. Median, not average.

Every 2 piece suit price in Pakistan on this page is a median. The plain average is Rs 6,408 because Asim Jofa lists bridal two pieces at up to Rs 900,000, and nobody’s Tuesday outfit lives there.

How We Decided What Counts as a 2 Piece

Brands spell it 26 ways, from 2 Piece and 2PC to 2Pcs and two piece. We used exactly the rules of our 3 piece suit price guide, so the two guides compare fairly.

  1. The title or product type names the count: 3,956 suits.
  2. Only a tag or the size option names it: another 924, mostly Sana Safinaz and Generation.
  3. No count, but the title or type names the pieces: a shirt with a trouser, shalwar or culotte, or a shirt with a dupatta, never all three. Another 1,365, mostly Zellbury, Alkaram Studio, Sana Safinaz and Gul Ahmed.

We threw out 149 listings naming two different counts, 1,763 men’s two pieces (Abbu’s shalwar kameez is another market) and kids’ sets.

Ruko! Yeh ek trap hai

Some listings sell two products under one price. Saya titles many suits “2PC Or Shirt” and Asim Jofa uses an Item option, so the lowest price can be the shirt alone. We flagged 120 such listings; without them the typical price is Rs 4,395, and we never quote one as a bargain. Another 70 Saya listings had only the shirt or the bottom left, so they are not counted at all.

Also, 11,839 orderable women’s garments, 39.9 percent, name no piece count in title, type, tags or size option. Some are surely 2 pieces, so these figures describe the 6,245 we can identify with confidence.

The headline gap is Rs 1,655, but ready to wear, a 3 piece costs almost double: Rs 9,272 against Rs 4,745. A stitched 2 piece costs about what an unstitched 3 piece does. Sach mein, stitching is where a 3 piece gets expensive.

One honest note: the 3 piece guide quotes a typical Rs 7,494 from its September reading. Prices and sales have moved since, so its figures differ from these. Compare here, not across guides.

Two brands flip the rule. At Saya the typical 2 piece is Rs 3,850 and the typical 3 piece Rs 2,999; at Beechtree Rs 4,443 against Rs 3,942. Not a mistake: 591 of Saya’s 744 orderable 3 pieces are unstitched, while 852 of its 1,014 two pieces are stitched. Stitched against stitched, Saya’s 3 piece is Rs 6,000 and its 2 piece Rs 4,199. Acha, so always compare the same kind.

Women’s 2 piece suits still orderable, 9 and 10 October 2026. Read from the title, product type or piece option.

Ready to wear, the shirt and dupatta set is about Rs 850 cheaper, and you wear it with a trouser you already own. Unstitched it flips, and shirt and trouser cloth is Rs 300 cheaper. Zellbury makes 260 of the 683 shirt and dupatta sets, so that row leans on one brand. Need a bottom? Our trouser guide prices them alone.

Inside the count are 925 co-ord sets, matching shirt and pant cuts labelled 2 piece. Without them the typical 2 piece suit price in Pakistan is Rs 4,199. They have their own co-ord sets guide.

Unstitched or Ready to Wear: the 2 Piece Sum

Four in five 2 pieces come stitched, 4,709 against 1,149 unstitched, while on the 3 piece shelf 55.7 percent is unstitched. The typical ready to wear 2 piece is Rs 4,745 and the typical unstitched one Rs 2,590. That gap, Rs 2,155, is your whole tailoring budget.

A neighbourhood darzi’s rate is not in any catalogue, and we will not invent one. The only brand stitching rates on file, from our September reading, are Cross Stitch at Rs 4,500 and Charizma’s tiers from Rs 3,060. Both beat the Rs 2,155 gap, so at those rates ready to wear is simply cheaper. Unstitched only wins if your own darzi charges less, bilkul worth asking first. Our unstitched vs stitched guide runs the full break even. By brand, the gap runs from Rs 1,400 at Zellbury and Rs 1,678 at Alkaram Studio to Rs 4,400 at Nishat Linen and Rs 6,150 at Cross Stitch.

Ajeeb baat: cambric is Rs 56 dearer as a 2 piece than as a 3 piece, because 97 of the 607 come from Agha Noor, whose 2 pieces typically cost Rs 9,500. For winter, khaddar is Rs 4,499 with fewer discounts; see our khaddar suits guide and velvet suits guide.

On the discounted suits the typical was price is Rs 6,700 and the typical sale price Rs 3,999. Charizma and Ethnic by Outfitters had every 2 piece on sale; Zellbury, Nishat Linen and Zeen had none, and Agha Noor only 9 percent.

Sizes Still Left on 2 Piece Suits

Across 4,109 ready to wear 2 piece suits sold in letter sizes, medium can still be ordered on 77.7 percent and small on 75.2 percent. How to Buy a 2 Piece Without Overpaying

  1. Pick your two pieces. Own a trouser? Shirt and dupatta is cheaper stitched.
  2. Price your darzi first. Over about Rs 2,155 for stitching, buy ready to wear.
  3. Check what the price buys. “Or Shirt” in a title means the lowest price may be the shirt alone.
  4. Shop old season for discounts. Older stock is 70 percent on sale, new season under 30 percent.
  5. Check your size first. XL and XXL go first. One piece instead? See our kurti guide.

Returns on Sale 2 Piece Suits

Most brands will not take sale items back. Alkaram Studio’s policy says: “Products purchased on Sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded (neither online nor in-stores).” Sana Safinaz and Limelight say the same; Gul Ahmed exchanges within 30 days. We have not read Zellbury’s or Saya’s policies, so check those before you pay, pakka.

The Bottom Line

The honest 2 piece suit price in Pakistan is Rs 4,335 for a typical suit, Rs 3,255 if you shop the cheaper quarter, and Rs 1,495 for the cheapest unstitched one we can vouch for. On the same days a typical 3 piece cost Rs 5,990, and ready to wear the gap nearly doubles.

Three things move the price most: stitched or not, how much your brand charges for the dupatta you are skipping, and whether you shop the old season rail. Abbu’s verdict? “Theek hai, buy two.” Bas, shukar hai.

How we checked: We read the online catalogues of 24 Pakistani fashion stores on 9 and 10 October 2026, 153,266 products, and kept 29,636 women’s adult garments still orderable. A 2 piece is recognised by the rules of our 3 piece guide: a piece count in the title or product type, then in the tags or size option, otherwise a title naming a shirt with a bottom or a dupatta. Menswear, children’s wear and conflicting listings are out, leaving 6,245 suits at 21 brands. On sale means a higher was price is shown, with a cut under 93 percent; a Custom size surcharge is not a discount. Typical means the median. Generation publishes no rupee prices, so its 358 suits are counted but never priced. Khaadi and Sapphire publish no readable catalogue.
