Saree Pakistan 2026: Only 90 Sarees in Stock at 9 Brands, and What They Cost
Three weeks before her cousin’s walima, my friend Areeba decided she wanted a saree. Not a suit, not a gharara, a saree, because her nani wore one in every old photo. Easy, hai na? We opened seven brand apps and found almost nothing: two here, none there, one costing more than her whole wedding budget.
So I counted. I read the complete catalogues of 19 Pakistani brands and pulled out every saree you can order today: 90, at 9 brands, typical price Rs 34,950. Haan, that is the whole saree Pakistan market.
Saree Pakistan: Who Actually Sells One
Of the 28,039 adult garments those 19 brands had in stock, 90 were sarees, one for every 312 on the rail, against 6,766 three piece suits. Yaar, not a category, a rounding error.
Only 9 brands had one to order, and eight, including Alkaram Studio, Limelight and Edenrobe, never list one. Almirah and Elan have sold out completely. Stock vanishes fast: 241 sarees listed, 151 gone, 63 percent. Abhi lena hai to abhi lo.

What 90 really means
Those 90 listings are only 66 designs: brands list one saree per colour. Khaadi and Sapphire appear in no figure, as neither publishes a readable feed, and bazaar sarees cannot be measured. Brand shelves only, bas.
Saree Pakistan Prices, Brand by Brand
A typical saree costs Rs 34,950, a quarter under Rs 19,950 and a quarter above Rs 110,000, from Rs 6,245 to Rs 468,000. The typical garment beside it costs Rs 4,979, so a saree runs seven times a normal outfit.
Where the 82 priced sarees sit

Almost three in ten sarees in stock cost over Rs 100,000, and nothing in that band is cut. Every band is a small sample.
A cheap corner, a sensible middle, then a cliff: 24 of 82 cost Rs 100,000 or more, none discounted, and only 4 sit between Rs 50,000 and Rs 99,999.
Ruko, that median is fragile
With 90 pieces, a few listings move everything. Baroque lists 8 sarees at exactly Rs 19,950, Gul Ahmed 6 at Rs 6,245, Charizma 5 at Rs 18,500, mostly one design in many colours. Count each design once and the typical price rises to Rs 46,490; drop Maria B and it falls to Rs 19,950.
Identical prices repeated down a shelf are price on request in disguise. Sana Safinaz does it plainly, 56 in stock pieces at a flat Rs 500,000.
The Cheap End of the Saree Pakistan Shelf
The saree Pakistan bargain shelf is real but thin. 28 of the 82 priced sarees cost under Rs 20,000 and 12 under Rs 10,000, but 17 of those 28 are unstitched cloth and only 3 ready to wear.
The floor is Gul Ahmed at Rs 6,245, an unstitched 3 piece lawn saree cut from Rs 12,490, then Asim Jofa’s cotton net at Rs 6,570 to Rs 9,594 and J. Junaid Jamshed at Rs 7,180, a stitched lawn saree, half price, 2 left. Above them, Baroque’s plain chiffon at Rs 14,950 and Charizma’s unstitched 3 piece at Rs 18,500. This decides your real cost. Of the 90 in stock, 46 say ready to wear, 17 say unstitched and 27 say neither, usually a boutique piece that arrives pre draped.

Two brands sell one design both ways, which prices the stitching. Charizma asks Rs 18,500 unstitched and Rs 26,000 stitched, a gap of Rs 7,500; Baroque Rs 19,950 and Rs 34,950, a gap of Rs 15,000. Dono theek hain, it depends on your darzi.
What the tailor adds
A saree needs a fitted blouse, a petticoat and a fall stitched to the edge. Only 9 of the 90 listings mention a blouse and none a petticoat, though 25 come as 3 piece sets. Tailors publish no rates, so ask yours first. Our unstitched versus stitched guide does this maths for suits.

Chiffon is the default, silk is mostly Baroque’s shamooz at Rs 19,950, and Maria B uses charmeuse near Rs 43,990. Chalo, every lawn and cotton saree was discounted, bohat achhi baat for a first one.
A Saree for a Wedding, and the Office Problem
Know this first: not one of the 90 sarees is tagged party, casual, office or work wear. 37 say formal, 35 luxury, 20 couture, and the 4 bridal ones are a typical Rs 370,000. Evening wear, bas.
Things no page tells you: the drape hangs off the petticoat, so fit that first, pin the pleats at the waist and the pallu at the shoulder, and wear flat khussas. Saree Pakistan sizing is thin too, 48 pieces in small against 19 in XL. Agar XL chahiye, go unstitched plus a darzi.
Is Any Saree Pakistan Stock on Sale?
Less than you hope. 21 of 82 priced sarees were discounted, 26 percent, against 62 percent of all garments in stock. But a cut saree is cut deep: a typical 40 percent off, landing at Rs 9,594 against Rs 43,990 at full price.
They bunch at the cheap end: the 6 Gul Ahmed lawn sarees and both J. sarees near half price, Maria B 7 at 25 to 35 percent off. Baroque, Charizma and Sana Safinaz cut nothing.
The custom size trick, and the returns trap
One Baroque saree looks discounted in the raw feed, Rs 34,950 against Rs 39,950. It is not. That Rs 5,000 is a surcharge for a custom size, never a sale, and Charizma does the same.
Aur suno, nearly every brand here refuses returns on sale items, and the cheap sarees are the discounted ones. Baroque charges Rs 500 to take one back, so check the size chart twice.

- Pick your route. Unstitched from Rs 6,245 plus a darzi, or ready to wear from Rs 7,180.
- Buy it the day you see it. 63 percent of every saree they listed is gone.
- Under Rs 20,000, try Gul Ahmed and Charizma, which hold 11 of those 28.
- For choice, Maria B, 36 pieces, but its Couture shelf is a typical Rs 125,000 against Rs 39,990 for Luxury Formals.
- Add the tailor before comparing, and skip repeated round prices.
