11.11 Sale 2026 in Pakistan: What Last November Really Looked Like
Last November my cousin sat on my bed shrieking at her phone, because a kurta she had stalked since August was finally half price.
She bought two. Size ghalat. And the website said, very politely, that sale items cannot be exchanged.
That was the 11.11 sale, and it comes back on Wednesday 11 November 2026. Chalo, let me show you what the brands actually did last year, so this time you win.
What the 11.11 Sale Actually Is in Pakistan
11.11 is Singles Day. Alibaba turned it into a shopping festival in 2009 as Asia’s answer to Black Friday, and Daraz, which Alibaba owns, brought the day to Pakistan for the first time in 2018.
Then something better happened. Pakistani clothing brands stopped waiting for Daraz and started running their own 11.11 sales. Ab ek din par do sale lagti hain.
Search data agrees. The top related query is “11.11 sale” itself, then “daraz 11.11”, “11.11 sale pakistan” and “11.11 sale on brands”. Log bas yehi poochte hain: kis brand par sale lagi hai.

Nothing about 2026 is announced yet. Every number here is what brands and Daraz did in 2025, with its date and source. Pichle saal ka hisaab hai, is saal ka waada nahi.
The 11.11 Sale 2025: What Daraz Actually Did
Daraz announced four days early. Its press release of 7 November 2025 said the sale would run from 8 pm on 10 November to 21 November, with a banner claim of “up to 90% off” and over one billion rupees in discounts. Vouchers were the real trick: app and flash vouchers sat on top of the seller’s discount, plus up to 30 percent off with a partner bank or wallet.
Afterwards Daraz graded itself. The results release of 4 December 2025 claimed more than 48,000 sellers beat their own previous 11.11, over 10 million discounted products and 92 percent customer satisfaction, with women’s fashion among its top categories.
Do baatein. Those are Daraz’s own numbers in its own press releases, audited by nobody, and “up to 90% off” describes one item on a site that sells soap and sofas too. Haan, the day is big. No, that banner is not your kurta.

Every row was read by 19 September 2026. The Daraz rows come from a Daraz campaign article of 12 November 2025, so they describe prices inside those brands’ Daraz stores, not their own websites. Brands delete event pages afterwards, so a brand missing here may still have run an 11.11 sale.
Three brands ran their own show. Gul Ahmed’s Ideas said to buy “before the best deals run out by 16th November”, and Alkaram called its event the November Affair.
Zeen is the keen one, yaar. Its 11.11 page, with a countdown headline, went live on 10 October 2025, a month early, and it was the only 11.11 page still standing when we swept 19 brand stores on 19 September 2026.
When the 11.11 Sale Rush Actually Starts

The brands move before the crowd, though. Zeen’s page was live on 10 October, Alkaram posted on 4 November, Daraz opened on the 10th, and Gul Ahmed’s window shut on the 16th while Daraz ran to the 21st. So the habit that pays is free: start noting prices in the last week of October. Abhi se dekhna shuru karo.

Daraz figures come from its 7 and 12 November 2025 campaign publications. The returns column is from Daraz’s return policy, read on 19 September 2026, against 19 brand policies read in August 2026.
The returns line surprises people. Daraz allows a return within 14 days, and for fashion a change of mind is accepted if the piece is unused, unworn and still tagged. Most brand websites take your sale money and say: no exchange, no refund, khatam.

Three Traps Inside Every 11.11 Sale
Stop and check these three
One, the “was” price. Across 22,131 discounted items at 19 brands on 27 August 2026, the typical discount was 40 percent while the deepest banner claim in that data was 84 percent.
Two, the returns door shuts. Seventeen of nineteen brand policies restrict returns on sale stock, so a wrong size is money gone.
Three, waiting is not free. Measured a week apart in August 2026, fifteen of nineteen brands had not deepened their discount, and Elan‘s sale collapsed from 264 items to 55.

How to Shop the 11.11 Sale Without Crying Later
- Pick five pieces by late October. Fifty nahi. Five you would pay full price for.
- Screenshot today’s price for each. Your defence against a fake “was” price.
- Write your measurements in centimetres. S, M and L differ by brand.
- Compare the same article code on the brand’s site and in its official Daraz store, vouchers included.
- Read the returns line of the shop you are paying, not the one you assume.
- Buy early if the size matters. Stock disappears faster than discounts deepen. Ruko mat.

Where a policy does not mention sale items at all, the table says so rather than assuming they are covered. Policies change, so check the brand site before you pay.

Can I return something bought in an 11.11 sale?
Usually not on the brand’s own website: seventeen of the nineteen policies we read restrict or refuse returns on sale items. Daraz allows 14 days from delivery, with change of mind accepted on fashion if the item is unworn and still tagged.

The headline is usually true for one item and misleading for the rest. Across 22,131 discounted items at 19 brands on 27 August 2026, the typical discount was 40 percent while the deepest banner claim in that data was 84 percent.
Should I wait for Black Friday or 12.12 instead?
Black Friday is 27 November 2026 and 12.12 is Saturday 12 December 2026, then the January clearance. Waiting costs something: measured a week apart in August 2026, fifteen of nineteen brands had not deepened their discount at all.

The 11.11 sale is real, it is the second busiest sale search week of the Pakistani year, and in 2025 it was worth showing up for: flat 40 and 50 percent cuts at brands that usually sit near 30. It is also built for impulse buying, and no 2026 discount is announced yet, so treat every figure here as last year’s evidence.
